This fishing season is gonna be a little different than the ones before. I moved up to the high school division this year, and I’ve got a new co-angler, Logan, and a new boat captain, Mr. Ed (Logan’s dad).

We’ve been fishing a lot and putting in the work to get ready for this season. Yesterday, we finally got to kick it off, and we finished in the TOP 10 in our first tournament together. And we did it without forward-facing sonar!

I’m pretty proud of that and think it was a great way to start the season. We’ve still got a lot to learn and a lot of fishing ahead of us, but I’m excited to see what we can do this year.

One tournament down. A whole season to go. Let’s get after it

Me and Logan finished in 10th place (out of 37 teams) with a five fish limit at 11.20 pounds. We caught over 30 fish, before we stopped counting, but we just couldn’t catch many keepers. We still had a lot of fun. Thank you to Mr. Ed for being our Boat Captain. I’ll share more photos later. I’m going fishing again…

Tomorrow is the first tournament of the season and I’m ready to get back on the water! I’ve been putting in a lot of time practicing, so I’m excited to catch some fish and see what this season brings.

Last year, I set a goal to win a tournament, and I ended up winning the Cooper River tournament and finishing 3rd overall in points for the season. It was a pretty awesome year, and I couldn’t have done it without my partner, boat captains, team, and sponsors.

This year I’ve got some new goals. I want to learn something every time I’m on the water, catch more fish, weigh in at every tournament, and hopefully get another win!

I’ve put in a lot more practice this year and learned more about fishing and the fishing industry. This season I also have a new partner and boat captain, so I’m excited to see what we can do together.

Thanks to all of my team sponsors and individual sponsors for helping me do what I love. I really appreciate all of the support! Now it’s time to go catch some fish. Let’s goooo!!

Our first workshop of the 2026/2027 fishing season was today. I had fun showing some of the little kids on our team how to tie knots, which baits are my favorite, how to flip a bait into your target, and fishing with them. This year is going to be fun.

The best rescue is the one that never had to happen.

This is what long-term human trafficking prevention looks like: strengthening families, meeting practical needs, expanding access to healthcare, and creating a stable community where children are supported and protected.

4 years after helping bring the p*dophile network to justice, we are back in Canoa, Ecuador, working alongside the local Aerial Recovery staff who serve this community every single day. Together, @aerialrecoverygroup , @claylowder, and @winnerstravelfoundation are providing general health, dental, gynecological and therapist clinics while continuing to support the safe haven.

It’s hard to put into words what our time in Canoa, Ecuador meant to us, but this video captures so much of the heart behind why we went. 🇪🇨🤍

We traveled with Aerial Recovery to serve a community that has endured so much, but this mission goes far beyond the few days we were there.

Aerial Recovery is committed to helping recover and strengthen this community while protecting its most vulnerable children from exploitation and human trafficking. Through medical care, community projects, education, relationships, and continued support, the goal isn’t simply to come in and help for a week—it’s to help create lasting change and a safer future for these children.

Corey and I had the privilege of serving alongside an incredible team, caring for hundreds of patients, working within the community, loving on these kids, and getting to know the people who call Canoa home. What they gave us in return was more than we could ever give them.

Watching this brings me right back to the faces, the hugs, the laughter, the stories, and the reminder that we are called to use what we have to serve others.

There is still so much work to be done in Canoa, and I’m incredibly grateful for organizations like Aerial Recovery that are willing to stay, build relationships, and keep showing up.

Nothing like hosting a few of the other Tigers in South Louisiana.

Tomorrow, Dr. Clay and his son Clayton get their first experience in the real Death Valley with 100,000+ LSU fans welcoming Clemson to Baton Rouge for the season opener. So naturally, I spent today doing my part to prepare them… catching redfish and playing a steady rotation of songs they’re probably going to hear A LOT tomorrow night. Consider it an orientation.

But rivalry aside, today was one of those days that reminds you why the outdoors means so much more than what you bring back to the dock.

Good fish. Plenty of laughs. Better conversations. And friendships that somehow started because a bunch of guys decided to go duck hunting together.

It’s crazy where a random hunt can lead, the people it can put in your life, and the memories that come from it years later. Today was a damn good one.

Tomorrow, though… friendship is temporarily suspended. Just joking!

Truly a life changing experience. What an honor it was to be part of the remarkable efforts @britnieturner is doing with Aerial Recovery and @claylowder in Ecuador.

I came on this trip with no expectations other than being told that us coming all the way from America would be a huge boost to these kids self worth. My only job was to show Gods love to a community of kids that were once exploited by predators.

The medical team exponentially exceeded their goals. The expectation was to see 300 patients in the clinic and in total they served 823 patients. General medical team, gynaecology team, dental team and psychology team.

That’s what happens when outstanding group of people get together to be a force for good in the world. Proud of all the volunteers who loved every single person they came in contact with.

I left a piece of my heart in Ecuador but also returned with an overwhelming goodness of Gods love through it all.

5 days. 500+ patients. Nearly 80 ultrasounds. 🤍

Dr. Ansley Hilton recently returned from a five-day humanitarian trip to Canoa, Ecuador, where she used her experience as a physician and Women’s Health specialist to provide medical support and care to women and children affected by or vulnerable to human trafficking.

Alongside Aerial Recovery, Winners Travel Foundation, and the larger humanitarian team, they cared for more than 500 patients, with Dr. Hilton performing nearly 80 ultrasounds.

Making the experience even more meaningful, she was joined by her daughter, Cecelia, and her cousin, Dr. Clay Lowder, as they served this community together.

We’re incredibly proud to share this side of Dr. Hilton and the work that means so much to her. And while we can’t share all the details just yet, this experience is opening the door to something bigger here at Southeast Sculpting & Rejuvenation.

We can’t wait to share more and, most importantly, find ways for our Southeast community to be part of it. 🤍

823 patients, 3 days, 1,418 treatments and needs we can actually do something about.

That number says a lot about how great the need is in Canoa.

Some of the conditions our teams treated have incredibly simple solutions. Parasites were common, and in some cases, the medication needed to treat them costs as little as 40 cents.

But when access to even basic healthcare is limited, small problems can become major burdens for families already facing difficult circumstances.

This is why healthcare is part of the bigger picture of human trafficking prevention. Strengthening a community means making sure people have access to the resources, care, and support that make them less vulnerable to exploitation.

The night before a bowl game, a heavyweight champion said four words that became my whole life’s work.

2012 Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game. The night before, Evander Holyfield spoke to the Clemson team: “You are winners by just being here. Winners travel. Losers sit at home.” My brother Milt — Clemson’s sports psychologist — was in that room, and he brought the line home to me. It stuck. Clemson won 26-19. I never let go of it.

Winners Travel. Not just to places — to health, to purpose, to the life you’re meant to live.

So, this Monday, I want you to ask yourself: Where are you traveling?

Are you moving toward better health? Better thoughts? Better relationships? A stronger spiritual life? A healthier version of yourself?

Because winners don’t just wait for life to happen to them. Winners travel.
