“This mirror is your deep identity.”
— Jay Jenedys, The Deep Identity

I’m honestly proud of this man.
As a coach, there’s nothing better than seeing someone you’ve worked with grow beyond the gym. Seeing Jay take the lessons, discipline, and work we’ve put in together and turn them into his own words and his own books is a different kind of reward.
It reminds me why I do what I do.
The goal was never just to build a better body. It was to help build confidence, discipline, mindset, and identity along the way.

Jay, keep going, brother. Keep writing. Keep creating. Keep becoming.

I’m proud to see our work reflected in your work. This is only the beginning. 🖤📖💪🏾

I’m obsessed with progress. Ran 7.5 miles, then trained with @spinksjinxboxing . Every session heightens my cognition and refines my physiology. One day at a time, I’m evolving expanding my polymathy.

True identity is defined by personal revelation and faith, not public opinion. When Jesus asked His disciples this question, He moved them from observing popular rumors to making a definitive, life changing declaration:

Make a declaration today based off your own personal revelation and faith not other opinions WHO ARE YOU GOING TO BE
