Three years ago, I made a little western film with friends in the mountains of NC. We finished all principal photography over a three day weekend and now, you can buy or rent it on Amazon! Buy it sincerely! Buy it ironically! All proceeds will go to funding the third epic installment in the Blood cinematic universe! #westerns #cowboy #filmmaking #stunt #shortfilm @firetowerproductions @winterblueroses @zach.ball.asheville @itsbrockchilders @ryan_lee_tucker @jsetzer83 @saloonstudioslive @horninthewest_hickoryridge

Tonight would have been our opening night for the 69th season of Horn in the West. Here is a tribute that is very small compared to all the memories and friends I’ve made there. This theatre/show has held some of the best times of my life so far, given me some of my favorite people in the entire world, and helped me learn so many invaluable lessons about theatre, dance, and life! Missing my cast right now. I wish I could be getting ready to go onstage right now, but as the Broadway loves have been saying, “It’s only intermission.”💜 p.s. I sadly couldn’t tag everyone but I love you!

I can't believe the first season is done. Next week is the last episode. 15 weeks plus three years of dragging my ass to prevent it from coming out at all because I didn't want it to be a huge failure :3

Fun story. @winterblueroses reached out in my DMs a few months back asking for permission to use one of my 2017 inktober drawings as a tattoo. It was a first for me, so I was kinda surprised, but obviously I said yes! She sent update pics today, and it turned out great!

Credit to @chelsea_randolphtattooer for doing a killer job. It turned out great!

He was a good boy... No. He was the best boy. A sage of compassion, collared and sworn; and Sworn Protector of House Morrow, ever faithful. When he was found, they named him for his charming and inviting nature — and though he lived a long, long time, he never became disenchanted or bitter. No dog was ever wiser, or gentler, or kinder. A dozen overseers came and went during his years of service, but he was always there to counsel them. He counseled kings as well. He could have been a king himself, but when they offered him the crown he told them they should give it to his family. How many men would do that? He was the blood of the dragon, but now his fire has gone out. He was Magnet Morrow. And now his watch is ended.

Time to meet some cast members! This is Kyla Edwards. She is from Beaufort, NC. She is in our chorus and is Second String Widow Howard. Her favorite quote related to Horn is something Nancy Ward said in her life, "You know that women are always looked upon as nothing, but we are your mothers; you are our sons. Our cry is all for peace; let it continue. This peace must last forever. Let your women's sons be ours; our sons be yours. Let your women hear our words."
