Waking up feeling so emotional and absolutely beaming with gratitude ✨ this experience has been fantastic!!

It’s hard to explain, but it wasn’t just a game show—we made lifelong memories and friends. Recorded in the famous Elstree Studios where they filmed Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Bohemian Rhapsody and, of course, Strictly Come Dancing 🩷

I love doing different, non-everyday things, and you’re not going to get more different than an afternoon on set dancing to Dolly Parton with Mel & Sue ❤️ (who were so kind and friendly)

And do you know what I absolutely loved? Seeing others win prizes! This is something I’ve never experienced before. I’ve never seen someone win £20,000 or a £38,000 car right in front of me, and the feeling you feel for them is something different!! Forever grateful for those memories!!!

Every week traveling to London, staying in a hotel, drinking wine, and making memories ❤️

When I first got accepted to be on the show, there was a feeling of, “Oh my god, people may see me on telly,” and it was a strange feeling!! It felt vulnerable!!

But as the show went on, I absolutely couldn’t care less 🤣 That vulnerability changed to, “This is me and this is who I am, and I couldn’t care less what anyone thinks of me.” And that was such an empowering feeling 🩷

So if you’re scared to do something for fear of either being seen or what others may think—honestly, none of that matters. Go and do that thing, step out of your comfort zone, and be the unapologetic, authentic you ❤️

At the end of the day, appreciate every moment, spread kindness, see the beauty all around you and just live your life doing what makes your soul truly sing 💫🩷

The biggest thank you to @winwinwithpl @realsueperkins @melgquilting @postcodelotteryuk @itv @hellodolly.tv ✨

What an amazing five weeks it’s been! 🩷🫶

Tonight was the absolute best I’ve played! I got five out of five in one round 😆 and was even told by the co-founder of the show that I was just half a second off getting through to the head-to-head 🙈

Finding that out actually felt amazing because I played so well tonight and truly gave it my all!
What a journey and what an experience. I originally went on the show because I’m slightly obsessed with the postcode lottery (don’t ask! 😂😂😂), and when the main prize is a million pounds, who wouldn’t apply?

While I didn’t take home the jackpot, I went home with something even better—a Win-Win cup! I walked through the door and proudly told everyone, “I might not have won a million, but I’ve won a cup!” And honestly, I was so made up -I really loved it.

I might not have made it to the final, but I have loved, savored, and enjoyed every single second ❤️ From the all expenses paid trips to London to the incredible new experiences, I am overflowing with gratitude for the whole adventure. Would I do it again? YES! In fact, I may be eyeing up another show as we speak 😂😂
(apparently I make great TV—thanks Jay!!)

We all went on a game show trying to win money, but we ended up with priceless memories and beautiful new friendships. We came out of this so rich in all the ways that truly matter 🩷

I’ve had the absolute time of my life, and I am completely full of gratitude for every moment and every wonderful person I’ve met along the way.

And a massive good luck to everyone on millionaires row ❤️

The amount of good things in your life depends on the ability to notice them 🩷

What an amazing month it’s been.I feel so grateful to have had the opportunity to be on Saturday night TV and to meet so many wonderful people! I may not have won a prize yet… but the experience in itself is priceless. I’ve taken everything in and appreciated every single second. And may I add the past two weeks iv played so well even getting 4/5 In some rounds (so close!)

London is so so different to Wigan. Even when I’ve been in the taxi from the train station to the hotel, I’ve appreciated every little detail. This week I saw the most beautiful willow trees down a side street (I even saved the location so I could show Jimmy the street and trees on Google Maps when I got home 😆!) We drove past an art gallery in Hampstead called Clarendon, and the pictures they have on display in the windows are stunning this week as we drove past, they had a massive picture of a stag on show. We drove through Camden Town, and the energy is literally buzzing there! I also saw a man playing guitar outside the train station he was fantastic.
The traffic is horrendous in London, so I was able to take absolutely everything in on my drives 😆 Talk about turning a negative into a positive!

I love new experiences and doing things I wouldn’t do in everyday life, and filming a TV show at the exact same place they film Strictly Come Dancing is an experience I’m fully enjoying and so, so grateful for!! 🤍✨

And the amazing bunch of contestants on the show - Sue Perkins said to us all this week how humbling it was to see the love and support we all show each other and she wishes there were more like us in the world (how sweet) 🩷

And tonight is show night 🎬 catch me on @itv @winwinwithpl @postcodelotteryuk with the amazing @melgquilting & @realsueperkins ✨🩷 #winwin #gratitude #theartofnoticing #wigan Game show contestant from Wigan on itv postcode lottery show to win one million pounds

What an EXPERIENCE I’m loving every minute 🩷✨ I’m so so grateful to have had this opportunity to be a part of such a fun, life-changing show (the prizes the show gives away are beyond amazing and indeed life changing!)…… fingers crossed I win something soon 😆

I’ve always heard that big experiences teach you about yourself. Looking back over the past few weeks and reflecting on what I’ve learned, the biggest thing for me is discovering just how much kindness I carry. Knowing I’ve shared a kind heart with others means everything, and knowing I’ve shown genuine kindness to people has been such a special thing to carry away with me 💛✨

I even left a small gift and a handwritten note for the cleaner in my hotel room this week, and it made me smile for days knowing someone found that, and hopefully it made them smile too!

My favourite quote is “Make your heart the prettiest thing about you” 🩷

Not everyone is kind and has good intentions , but I can proudly say I have a kind heart, and that’s something to be proud of. That’s what I learnt the most about myself!🩷

(I’ve also learnt I’m very silly off a glass of wine 🤣🤣 but I think I already knew that!)

I’ve also learned some big new words and their meanings along the way (every day’s a school day!) …thank you Sharon 😆

Iv also learnt I have no filter at all and if it’s on my mind it’s coming out ….even if that means me embarrassing my husband on tv 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Seeing people win life-changing prizes is just the most incredible feeling. I am genuinely, deeply happy for every single person I’ve had the pleasure of watching win. Being there for those moments and sharing in that happiness fills my heart with so much and is something I’ll never forget!

It still makes me cry now thinking of when Jay won that car!! And Alex and Sue both won £20,000 last week (like wow!)
What an experience!!! So so grateful!! And people winning places on millionaires row to win that million pound -WOW!!
#lifechanging

I’ll be on ITV tonight at 7:30pm! 🩷 tune in and see how I do ✨🤞 it’s such a fun show to play along with at home to 🫶
