Healing happens in layers — in the body, mind, heart, and spirit. 🌿

Through sound, ceremonial cacao, stillness, and connection, we create space to soften, release, reconnect, and remember the wisdom already within us.

In community, we’re reminded that we don’t have to walk this journey alone. We can be witnessed, supported, and held as we continue to grow.

You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You simply have to meet yourself where you are.

🤎 Come as you are. Soften into the moment. Reconnect with yourself and others.

✨ A space for connection, integrative healing, and coming home to yourself.

We gather for the Full Moon:

Jessica & Kelsey warmly invite you to gather with us in celebration of the Fall Equinox. 🍂✨

Together, we’ll tune into our inner cycles and rhythms as we reflect on the rhythms and cycles of the seasons.

We’ll explore creating new rhythms of resonance where there may have been dissonance, clearing our channels to invite clarity where we may have felt a sense of lack, and moving through stagnancy to restore flow.

You’ll be supported in this practice through sound, Reiki, aromatherapy, and more, creating a space to slow down, reconnect, release, and restore.

✨ Indulge all your senses and take home your very own aromatherapy roller as a special reminder of your practice.

📅 Tuesday, September 22nd, 2026
⏰️ 6:30–8:30 PM
📍 Wired by Nature, Radium BC
✨️ $40 investment

We look forward to connecting, sharing, and gathering in circle with you. 🤍

🍂 Rooted Resonance
A Fall Equinox Gathering

We can feel the shift in seasons approaching — the crispness of morning air, the shortening days, and the gentle invitation to slow down.

The hustle and bustle of summer begins to soften into stillness. We may feel called to do less, to turn inward, and to become more intentional with where we place our energy.

As we arrive at the turning point of the Fall Equinox, we invite you to pause and honour the transition.

Rooted Resonance is an evening designed to help you root down deep and raise your vibration high.

A space to reflect on the gifts of summer, honour all that has blossomed, and gently prepare the body, mind, and spirit for the quieter season ahead.

🍂 Less doing.
🌿 More being.
✨ More presence.

Together, we will cultivate loving presence from within through supportive practices of aromatherapy, Reiki, and sound, creating space for greater balance, flow, harmony, and connection.

Over the past few years, I’ve realized that health isn’t just physical.

You can eat well, move your body, get outside every day… and still feel off.

For me, the missing piece was always something a little harder to define — feeling grounded, connected, and actually present in my own life.

That’s where spirituality came in.

Not in a rigid or overly structured way, but in small, consistent moments — slowing down, paying attention, creating space to check in with myself.

Aromatherapy became a big part of that.

Scent is powerful.

It bypasses the noise and lands somewhere deeper — in your nervous system, your memory, your body. It’s one of the simplest ways I’ve found to shift how I feel, come back to center, and create a bit of ritual in everyday life.

That’s really the foundation of Wired by Nature.
It’s not just about products — it’s about creating tools that help you feel more like yourself.

I’m hosting a Spiritual Aromatherapy workshop in April that’s built around this idea. It’s not about doing anything perfectly or having a defined “practice” — it’s about learning how to use scent in a way that supports grounding, clarity, and connection in a way that actually fits into real life.

If this is something you’ve been curious about, or something you feel like you’ve been missing, I’d love to have you there.

We are meant to move with the rhythms and cycles of Mother Nature and her seasons.

Winter invites stillness and rest, reminding us that even in the quiet, growth is happening beneath the surface. There is wisdom in the pause, and gifts waiting to be discovered.

As we approach the Spring Equinox, we celebrate this sacred turning point of cleansing and renewal. It’s called spring cleaning for a reason — and this cleansing goes deeper than our homes. Our outer environment reflects our inner world.

This is a time to cleanse the body, mind, and soul.
To restore balance between light and dark, yin and yang, masculine and feminine.
To plant seeds of intention and create environments that support growth.

Spring marks the astrological new year — a season of new beginnings and visioning. As the Earth awakens and stirs to life, so do we. Winter’s death and decay make way for spring’s rebirth and renewal.

Allow @wired_by_nature and @sovereignhealing4444 to guide and support you through this seasonal transition as we gather to honor the Spring Equinox. Our intention is that you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and renewed.
