My first born graduated from a well respected school with a degree in the field she set her mind to, I couldn't be more proud. Where has the time gone from Daddy daughter dances, to a grown woman with a college degree, engaged to be married and the whole world ahead of her. What's great about when one of your children accomplishes something, you know its just the start of so much more. Sydney is going to have an amazing life. As a parent you want to get involved so they dont make the mistakes you made, but you have to realize they have to make their own mistakes to learn and make them stronger and wiser. All you can do is be there for them when they need you and help in any way they ask. You do your best to get them to this point, and while you probably weren't a perfect parent you hope you taught them enough to go through life and be successful, safe, strong through the tough times but MOST IMPORTANTLY stop to be happy at where you are, what you have accomplished, appreciate the loved ones around you (even when they make it hard) and realize life is not a race, stop every once in a while, take it all in, look in the mirror and be proud, and as they say stop to smell the roses. Always challenge yourself and grow, but not at the expense of not being present. Cause one thing every parent will agree with, is it all goes by in the blink of an eye and you don't want to regret missing any part of it. I love you Syd, and wish you the very best in all the beautiful and magnificent things ahead of you and know if you struggle you aren't alone your Father and a lot of other people that love you dearly are always here for you. As will be your Jeter helmet 😁 I love you sweetheart ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Congrats!!!! Love Always, Dad #FSU #SoProud #DaughterGraduation #EnjoyLife #NothingCanStopYou

Real-World Experience in Action!

Three of our students had the opportunity to work with ESPN as runners at the 2026 Shriners Clearwater Softball Invitational in Clearwater, Florida.

They supported the production team by delivering real-time statistics, assisting camera operations, and helping maintain smooth communication throughout the live broadcast. The experience gave them valuable behind-the-scenes insight into the preparation, teamwork, and fast-paced coordination required for live sports production.
