Mom’s always supporting. ❤️ 8 years ago feels like a lifetime ago. What a ride this entrepreneurial journey has been. Appreciate everyone that’s supported my many projects throughout the years. Even if you were just rooting from the sidelines, thank you. Current focus has been scaling @mealboosters and extremely proud of the work our team is doing there. And for anyone wondering… the ape is still hanging around, fluctuating in and out of time and space, and will at some point will make his expansive return. Potentially in new form. 👁️ 🦍 @wiseapeco

I’m looking to talk with interesting humans about the things that light them up — the skills you’ve learned, the passions you carry with you every day, and the stories behind them. I’m grateful for everyone who’s ever shared a piece of their world with me, and I want to keep learning with you. Whether it’s your favorite album of all time, a yoga pose you’re trying to master, kettlebell questions, how you got started making music, or even how you roll the perfect joint or blunt — I’m here for most of it. (I’ll also share how cannabis supports my own wellness + creativity.) 💨🚭 As a musician, instructor, stoner, and overall lifestyle enthusiast, I’m weaving everything I love into one place. I teach classes, train people in person, and I’m building out my online training… but I’m also starting a series of short-form podcast-style conversations (10–15 minutes) where we talk about real passions, real experiences, and real life. If you’ve got a skill, a story, or something you’re obsessed with — I want to hear from you. Let’s learn from each other 💚🙏 💫 wordlifeathletics.com 💫

Your business doesn’t need another hack. It needs a system. I’ve been brought in by @mealboosters to help architect a scalable wholesale backend — the kind of structure most brands skip until they’re buried in missed emails and manual chaos. We’re mapping automated flows that go from Typeform → Shopify → Klaviyo — all working quietly in the background so the brand can grow loudly out front. This is what I’ve built for @wiseapeco . Now I’m helping others do the same. If you’re building a CPG or DTC brand, here’s the playbook: Organize your systems. Create leverage. Then scale. And while you’re here — try the product. Meal Boosters is first to market with a cheesy, savory protein powder that tastes like comfort food but hits your macros. White cheddar that melts into pasta, soup, or even scrambled eggs. Smart backend. Wild flavor. Real growth. Follow for more behind-the-scenes as I build this system — and others like it. #MealBoosters #WiseApe #FounderPlaybook #CPGGrowth #ShopifyFlows #WholesaleSystems #BuildToSell #DTCOperators

EVOLVE. Something within you just remembered. You don’t know how long it’s been watching. But you feel it now — behind the mirror… Beneath the noise… And once you see it, you can’t unsee it. [ #EVOLVE | #WiseApe | #ThirdEyeOpen | #RememberWhoYouAre ]

Kenzo: Guardian of the Flow “He appears where the timelines fracture—when wisdom is needed most.” He is the last of the Interdimensional Apes. Born under a violet moon with a third eye wide open. Kenzo sees what others miss—fractures in time, echoes of forgotten wisdom. ⸻ He walks between realms wielding two ancient artifacts: The Tea Kettlebell, forged in the steam of ten thousand ceremonies. And the Shakuhachi Flute Staff, an instrument of sound, soul, and stillness. Together, they brew power and balance. He does not fight with force. He harmonizes timelines. ⸻ Kenzo now calls forth the Wise Ape Force—a legion of protectors across space and spirit. Chosen not for strength alone… but for clarity, purpose, and the will to transcend. “If you’ve felt the shift… you’re already part of it.” ⸻ Swipe to meet Kenzo. Tag your cosmic crew. Comment “I’m in” if you’re ready to join the Wise Ape Force. — Shoutout to our good friend and OG Wise Ape designer @chris_blatt @batty_blatty aka “THE BABOON”. Had to pay homage to him for all the brilliant work he did for Wise Ape since day one. And NOW with enough proofs of purchase, you might be able to get a Baboon of your own. #KenzoTheWiseApe #WiseApeForce #TranscendTheMundane #TeaKettlebell #ShakuhachiStaff #BrewTheBeyond #AwakenTheThirdEye
