That is the assignment…. Ambition AND joy 🎈 I put my entire 27 Before 2027 list on the blog + made you a free printable so you can make yours. Last week, I hosted my first Postpartum Workshop, and I’m still sitting with the feeling of it all. Twenty incredible pre- and postnatal providers gathered in one room, and the energy was undeniable. The conversations, the ideas, the passion, the shared understanding that postpartum matters just as much as birth. It was everything I hoped for and more. Everyone prepares for birth, but so few people are truly prepared for postpartum. And yet, every provider in that room got it. They understood the importance of nourishing mothers, supporting families, and changing the way we care for women after birth. I’m deeply grateful to @healing_stl for hosting this workshop and creating such a beautiful space for these conversations to unfold. This feels like the beginning of something much bigger than me. The word is spreading. The conversations are happening. Postpartum planning is finally being brought to the forefront, exactly where it belongs.

“Bold” is my word of the year—what’s yours? When I chose BOLD as my guiding theme for this year, it lit a fire in me 🔥 Bold feels like freedom—the kind that whispers, you don’t need anyone’s permission to take up space. It feels like mischief—that playful energy of shaking things up just because you can. And it feels like authentic ownership—standing firmly in who I am, with no apologies, no shrinking, no second-guessing. This year, I’m claiming the kind of boldness that means leaping before I’m ready, saying the quiet parts out loud, and playing bigger than I ever have ⚡️ Bold isn’t about being fearless (I still feel the fear, trust me)—it’s about doing the damn thing anyway because the calling is louder than the doubt 💖 For me, this word means no more waiting for the “perfect” moment or the “right” conditions. It means living like every day is an invitation to step deeper into my fullest expression. And let me tell you—it’s exhilarating and terrifying in the best way possible. Here’s what I know: Bold doesn’t mean I have to be loud or pushy or reckless. It’s about being uncompromisingly true to myself. It’s about leading with my heart, even when it’s vulnerable. It’s about creating, serving, and showing up in ways that are so authentically “me” that there’s no way I won’t attract the people, opportunities, and experiences that are meant for me. Now, I’m curious—what’s your word of the year? What energy, feeling, or theme are you stepping into as we close out this year and step into the next? Are you leaning into trust? Joy? Expansion? Something else entirely? Drop your word below—I’d love to hear the story behind it and cheer you on! Let’s own this year together ⬇️ #WordOfTheYear #BoldMoves #AuthenticOwnership #YourCoachMeg #CreativeEntrepreneurship #wordoftheyear #themeoftheyear #woty

Change & healing are HARD. It takes time, effort, likely money, sacrifice, & PATIENCE. Healing is even harder if you are being dismissed by providers being told “everything is fine” or “it’s in your head”. Very few people know how sick I was. I couldn’t eat anything without feeling some sort of symptom & felt like I was better off not eating anything. That turned into anxiety through the roof, blood pressure dysregulation & autoimmune reactions. Am I 100% better today? No, but I’d say I feel 90% better which has given me my quality of life back. I know my trigger foods & that’s where my illness began. Healing isn’t always linear & it may not happen all at once, but the biggest step is committing to yourself & your health. If you’re looking for someone to find answers for you & give you a clear roadmap to healing, I promise to be just that. I have walked in your shoes & I am committed to restoring your quality of life! Book a clarity call with me at www.amywiseliving.com or DM me to get started! #holisticwellness #healthandwellness #healthiswealth #preventativehealth #braingutconnection #qualityoflife #occupationaltherapist #functionalhealth #healthcoach #lifestylechange #healthjourney #diseaseprevention
