On January 17th, 2026 I joined @ngurunclub757 for a meet up at Tradition Brewing. It was cold that day and I figured I was crazy but something about that day told me don't stop. Don't quit on yourself. Do this for you. In my running, I did this for my kids. I want to continue to be a great role model. It got me through some challenging moments this year including my daughter's basic training, the loss of loved ones, and other private moments.

I am a lover. I am a motivator. I am a giver. I am a mother by nature. I nurture everything around me but locking in with running showed me how to give back to myself. I realized that I can't pour from an empty cup. Running has taught me perseverance. Running has taught me commitment. Running has taught me community and how strangers will choose you, push you, and motivate you in the times where you are ready to call it quits because your legs don't feel like they can go where your mind wants to take you. Running has shown me that it's okay to rest. Running has taught me so much and I am grateful. Running has given me another family. Running has given me SHENANIGANS!!!

I'm not the fastest runner out there but I am a trying runner. So, every race I can choose to be better by showing up. So, never give up on yourself even when it's tough. Show the old version of yourself that you can evolve. My next half marathon will be even better.

Unfortunately my @oakleymeta glasses died during the race but I still locked in.

Thank you to @jandaracing for a wonderful event. The 5K completed. Half marathon in the books. Shell yeah!!

Thank you to all the people I got to run along side. My daughter created a poster and it said, "Run your own race". I did and for that I am grateful.

This past weekend I did the Crawling Crab 5k & Half Marathon. This was about endurance and resilience and even with all I go through I can make it out. As long as I have God by my side I can conquer any and everything. I have to give a huge thanks to @tycorc91 for pacing me, encouraging me, and holding me accountable all the times I wanted to quit. I am forever grateful for you! I have to give a big thanks to @therealmesii_j @theressomethingabout_tiffany @sbsddame @feesevangogh for sticking with me along the way. As always I have to shout my @ngurunclub757 famlayyy for hyping us up during the race and for always being so supportive and encouraging. The road was hard but I completed 13.1 miles! Talk to me nice 💪🏽💪🏽. #halfmarathon #crawlingcrab #running

And a huge shoutout to the amazing pit crew that made sure we were all "F1-ready." Your encouragement, hype, and cheers would make anyone want to chase their best self and a new PR! You all were such a blessing—@where_u_bloom, @wassupkamm_, @wisemanwayne, and @beaulawalt_1—and we appreciate you so much for holding us down.

Happy 33rd Birthday to my big bro.
Go Show Him Some Love @wisemanwayne 🗣️🗣️

One of the first people I ever looked up to. When you went to college, you showed me what was possible and made me believe I could get there too. We’re complete opposites in so many ways, but you’ve always had this calm, mellow vibe that brings balance—and I’ve always tried to keep people around me who remind me of that… people who carry that same energy, because you’ve been that grounding force in my life.

On top of that, you’ve been serving our country for nearly 10 years — and that’s something I respect deeply. Major salute to you for your discipline, your sacrifice, and the pride you carry every time you wear our last name on your chest and back. You’ve fought for something bigger than yourself, and that takes a different level of strength.

The resilience, the determination, the ranks you’ve earned — all of it speaks to who you are. I’m proud of the man you’ve become, proud to be your brother, and grateful to walk in your shadow.

Hope you enjoy your day. You getting old, my guy KEEP GOING 🙏🏾🗣️

Love You Bro
