A full-circle moment.

My beautiful soul sister Beth .. this was my first commissioned painting, a Rainbow Serpent.

Our friendship also became part of the creative spark that began the birth of “She Might Eat the Moon — which grew into paintings, poetry, songs and now performance.

And this weekend, Beth was there to witness it come alive on stage — and receive her finished painting.

So much has grown from one beautiful stream of inspiration.

With so much gratitude, Beth. ❤️

Past & present, old & new. This song traverses 2.5 years of my life during which I've been through some of the most profound and deep changes within myself. Now, as I return to a space of deep inner work and focus, yet again, it is a call to continue on the path of growth and self-development — perpetually seeking to improve myself alongside my soul's overwhelming needs for divine creative expression, connection and purpose.

"MY BEING" out now

Some nights don’t just fill a room… they fill your soul. .. Jerome the gnome made his usual cheeky appearance, the room was overflowing with heart (and yes, even a beautiful bub soaking up poetry!), and once again this incredible community reminded me how healing it is to be witnessed. 11/5 stars. I’d go back in a heartbeat. 💙

For one incredible day, BreathFest became living proof that when we change our breath, we change our state.

Capacity is one of the most important things breathwork develops. Not just the ability to relax, but the ability to feel more and stay present with it.

In daily life most people either suppress or get overwhelmed by experience. Breathwork creates a middle ground where you can stay with sensation without shutting down.

This becomes even more powerful in a group setting. When you are surrounded by others breathing, releasing and expanding at the same time, the body feels safer to go deeper. There is a shared permission in the field.

“Conscious breathing increases the capacity of the nervous system to process experience without overwhelm.” Dan Brulé. At BreathFest this is supported through guided breath journeys, movement practices, sound healing and integration space. Nothing is rushed. Everything is held.

Tell us your biggest takeaway from the day.
Your stories help shape what BreathFest becomes next.

Will Jerome survive ??? Jerome’s in surgery. Karl said, “Just use a little expanding foam.” I may have interpreted “a little” a little too enthusiastically. 😅 Wish us luck. If anyone needs me, I’ll be performing emergency foam sculpting while pretending I know what I’m doing. Stay tuned .. #ArtReel

One of the things I love most about Shamanic Breathwork is that no two journeys are ever the same.

People often ask me what happens when I begin working on someone’s body during a session.

The truth is... I don’t always know.

There comes a point in the breath where something shifts.

The mind gets out of the way.

And what unfolds feels less like a technique and more like a dance.

A conversation between souls.

Over the years, many people have told me that watching me work is fascinating because I seem to know exactly where to go, exactly when to arrive, often before they even realise they need support.

Someone will be holding tension in their throat, and my hands will find their throat.

Someone will be carrying grief in their chest, and suddenly I feel a heaviness in my own heart.

Someone will be trying to hold back tears, and before I know it, I am sitting beside them, breathing with them.

It’s as though our nervous systems begin speaking a language beyond words.

Sometimes I cry with people. Sometimes I laugh with them. Sometimes I roar, shake, breathe, or sit in complete stillness.

Every session becomes its own unique expression of healing.

A shape-shifting dance between intuition, presence, breath, and spirit.

And honestly.. I love it.

This work feeds my soul.

It reminds me of the extraordinary intelligence that lives within the body and the profound wisdom that emerges when we feel safe enough to surrender.

Join me on June 28th for another powerful Shamanic Breathwork Experience. I am inspired to guide you into the embrace of the Great Mother. A place where we can surrender, receive, dissolve, and let go of the old. Allowing us to emerge rested, renewed, nourished, and ready to dream a new reality into being.
