Reflections on our incredible Boundaries for the Soul retreat in Baja… ☀️ 🌊 🌴
It was an absolute privilege to share this experience with the fourteen amazing women who joined Melissa Soul yoga counseling and me Kula Yoga on this transformational journey. We delved deep into realms of boundaries, interpersonal communication, shadow work and Attachment styles. 💫

A sisterhood bond was forged as we supported and uplifted each other on this journey of self-discovery. We created memories that will last a lifetime. We laughed, we cried, and we celebrated the breakthroughs that came along the way. 💗 🌈

The beautiful surroundings at Yandara-Yoga provided the perfect backdrop for our soulful retreat. The serene beaches, vibrant sunrises and sunsets, and the sounds of waves crashing, (not to mention the daily humpback whale crossings) became our sanctuary for reflection and growth. 🌅🌊
We enjoyed daily yoga, meditation, empowering workshops, a sound bath, healing bodywork sessions, astrology readings, nourishing meals and deep connection, while having plenty of time for reflection and introspection. 🧘‍♀️✨

As we return to our daily lives, we carry with us the tools and wisdom gained from this retreat. We are ready to set healthier boundaries, communicate authentically, and embrace our shadows with love and compassion. 💪❤️

A heartfelt thank you to the incredible women who joined us on this transformative journey of mind, body and hearts. Your presence, vulnerability, and willingness to grow have inspired us all. May we continue to support and uplift each other as we navigate this beautiful journey called life! Until next time, beautiful souls! 🌟🌸

Who’s in for next year??!! 🙋‍♀️

Keith would rock improvised guitar licks/vocals inspired from the FIFA matches Simeon and I gamed on the PlayStation 3 . These were beautiful moments.

Hello, my name is Chuck. Chuck from Freeland on beautiful Whidbey Island. I came to this new home of The Dawson’s in search of nuts cause hey, that’s what I live for. And Lo and behold, I found a winner in the Dawson’s. I strut my stuff in front of their window, do a little tap to get their attention & BAM, they give me the Nuts 🥜 Stay tuned for more adventures of #meetchuck until next time
