the most perfect witchy girls night out 🔮 the witches brew in west hempstead, ny is a coffee and tea house (no alcohol) and is vegetarian, vegan, and gluten friendly 🖤

it’s cozy, witchy, and gothic vibes, paired with the fact that it’s housed in a century old building, make it the perfect place for all the witchy girlies to gather 🌙

i got a raspberry matcha and we shared the nachoes, buffalo cauliflowers wings, and greek salad. dessert was the apple crumb cheesecake 🤤 everything was delicious 💫

note if you plan to go: there is a wait list online as it’s usually very busy at night and it’s cash only! ✨

The Café Crawl: Long Island Edition ☕️✨ Episode 1: Witches Brew

Introducing my new series: The Café Crawl, where I post about my favorite cafes and coffee shops on Long Island, and try some new ones too. And as hot chocolate’s biggest fan, you’ll be sure to see a lot of those moving forward 😌

And in honor of my fun little project on here, I’m starting with my most favorite, tried and true spot on Long Island: @witches1902! I’ve been coming here since high school (!!) and I still love it. It’s good year round, but especially fun to visit in October for obvious reasons lol. They’re menu is vegan/vegetarian friendly, and they have a solid hot chocolate (which is what I care about the most obviously) ☕️

It’s definitely a lot more popular these days, and especially during the fall, so be sure to join the waiting list if you want to stop by 🦇 and Ps. it’s cash only

Here’s my Brother, Danny Finkelstein skating from 2003 to 2011 in Long Island, New York. He started in 1986 on launch ramps in Newburgh, New York! He became a local at that Skatepark and teamed up with the other town phenomenon Dan Lee. Together they were making moves and ruling the pyramids 🗻
Fink or Finky Baby as we call him was in 411 video magazine and rode for Santa Cruz Speed Wheels, later on Bodega Skateboards. Most of all he backed his wife up for the Witches Brew Coffee House for over 30 years, a place that created a Punk Rock scene hangout for misfits and skaters alike. Helping the misfortunate and the community the whole THREE decades. He gave me a place to live and food when I didn’t have pocket change or a ride home. This special place has the best food menu, coffee/tea and desserts in the COUNTRY! @witches1902 🧙🧹🎃 👻 stop by and give him a trick or treat & tell him Jimmy sent ya ✨
