Watching God write our story has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. Thank you for loving me with patience, serving our home with humility, making me laugh on the hardest days, and pointing me back to Jesus through the way you live.

You are an answered prayer and a reminder that God’s timing is always worth the wait. I pray this new year of your life is marked by deeper intimacy with the Lord, greater wisdom, abundant joy, and favor in everything He has called you to do. May you continue to become the man of God He created you to be.

One of the enemy’s greatest attacks against marriage is pride. Because if he can keep your focus on yourself, you’ll stop serving one another.

Isn’t that the same strategy he used in the Garden? Adam and Eve were tempted to put self before God, and the moment they did, unity was broken.

But Jesus showed us a different way.
He knelt down and washed His disciples’ feet. The King chose the position of a servant.

This is why Colossians 3 tells us to put on the new self. You can’t put on the new self while holding on to pride. The old self says, “Serve me.” The new self says, “How can I love and serve you?” And above all these virtues, put on love, which binds everything together in perfect unity. Colossians 3:14🤍

The enemy builds division through pride. Christ builds unity through humility.

Every marriage has a choice: live from the old self, or put on the new.

My heartfelt prayer for you, your marriage, relationships, and friendships is that you may always embody Christ's love each day.
