Autumn Equinox with @withlayla___ 🍂✨
Saturday 26 September | 12:30-14:00

A moment to pause and recalibrate as the seasons turn.

The Equinox marks the balance point between light and dark - the yang / doing energy of Summer is over and it’s time to slow down, reconnect to the yin energy and take stock of what we’ve grown this year.🌱

This session is a chance to pause, turn inwards, and set your intentions for the darker months ahead.

Layla will guide you through a slow, nurturing yoga flow with breathwork to help you unwind and reset. Followed by guided journaling and the option to share at the end.

Bring your blankets, get cosy and settle in ready for the new season ahead.💜

I had the dreamest half day retreat with @withlayla___ this afternoon.

Women circles have been a sanctuary for me over the past 6 months; a monthly ritual of calling my energy back to me.

@withlayla___ never disappoints: the venue was set in nature, quiet and serene; the cacao was warming, whispering sage advice; the ritual was intuitive, magickal and rhythmic; the food was delicious, nourishing and filling; and the women...we were welcome to show up, holding space for ourselves and each other.

I am so grateful whenever this space opens up. Layla, you do offer something very special.

After a day in nature, I'm in bed soaking it all in.

Highs of 33? Pfft, we practice yoga in 37 degree heat! 🔥💁🏼‍♀️

Our top tips for keeping your yoga practice consistent during the heatwave…
💜 stay hydrated
💜 take breaks whenever you need to
💜 try an early morning class
💜 grab a cold shower afterwards
💜 slow down with a rest & restore class

It’s sweaty outside, sweaty in the pod… but at least you won’t get sunburnt!🤭🙌🏼

🍁 Somewhere in the Himalayas, where mornings begin with silence and evenings end under a sky full of stars… we’re creating space to slow down.🏔️

No pressure to perform.
No need to have it all figured out.
Just mountains, deep breaths, soulful conversations, warm tea, healing circles, movement, rest, and the kind of peace you forgot you needed.
If your heart has been craving a pause,
if life has felt too loud lately,
maybe this is your sign to come back to yourself. 🤍
Come as you are.
Leave a little lighter.
