Recovery from addiction is part of my story, and it made me stronger. It taught me that resilience is not built alone; it is built through the people who stand beside us.

On the eve of World Mental Health Day, I am asking you for something simple. Look up from the screen and notice the people around you. A message, a call or an hour of your time can change the course of someone’s day, and sometimes their life.

Leadership means facing hard truths openly. As your next Mayor, I shall build a London where nobody struggles unseen and everyone has a hand to reach for 🙏🏻

Hey baker👩‍🍳

Join us for a fun and delicious Chocolate Chip Cookie Baking Event! Get hands on in the kitchen, bake your own batch of gooey, chocolatey cookies, and enjoy a sweet afternoon with friends. No baking experience needed, just bring your appetite! Profits from this event will go to With You Charity.

You will need a ticket in order to attend! (tickets are limited). They are £6, this includes the cost of ingredients and any profits will go towards charity. You will need a free membership with our society in order to buy them. Tickets go on sale every Monday before the session at 9:00am. We will be providing all the equipment and ingredients for this session. We hope to see you there!

If you buy this ticket online via the Guild website, you will be charged a transaction fee of 1.5% per ticket, plus a 30p surcharge. Tickets are also available via Guild Reception between 9am-4:45pm, Monday to Friday. At reception, you will not be charged a transaction fee, but please note that this method is cash only and we would ask that you please bring the correct tender, where possible.

🏆💙 WHAT AN AMAZING TEAM WE HAVE IN LANCASHIRE! 💙🏆

We’ve had an incredible couple of days celebrating the amazing people who make up WithYou Lancashire for Young People — and we have A LOT to celebrate! 🎉🙌

At our WithYou Recognition Awards yesterday, members of our Lancashire team were recognised and nominated across a number of award categories — and out of the six awards up for grabs, three came home to our Lancashire team! 🏆🏆🏆

✨ Chloe, our CBT Therapist, was part of the CYP Psychological Therapies Team, who won one of the Professional Awards.

✨ Katie, our Schools & Families Team Leader, won the other Professional Award.

✨ Louise, our Family Worker, was awarded one of the Determined Awards. 💙

And the celebrations didn’t stop there! 🎉

Today we held the national awards ceremony, where our very own Luci, Service Manager, and Jen, Director of Services – Young People & NHS Partnerships, were both recognised with Special Recognition Awards for their work. 🏆💙

We’re incredibly proud of everyone who was nominated, recognised and celebrated over the last couple of days. Being nominated is an achievement in itself and reflects the hard work, dedication and commitment of our amazing team. 💙

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to all our winners, nominees and everyone who makes our Lancashire team so special! 👏🎉

🪩 SATURDAY NIGHT LIGHTS IS HERE 🪩

I’m excited to finally announce our next event, being held on the 14th November 2026 - Saturday Night Lights.

Saturday Night Lights is a 1 time only event in memory of our Diamond Geeza, Shaun.

💙 100% of the ticket sales from this event will be going straight to the charity We Are With You, @withyou a drug, alcohol and mental health charity supporting people making positive changing in their life.

🎉 Saturday Night Lights is an immersive fitness experience for all abilities, consisting of 6 zones where you’ll work to earn maximum points. Whether you want to take part competitively or just be part of the fun, you can take on the zones with a partner or solo.

🏋🏾‍♀️ Each zone will be split into 10 minute blocks where you’ll aim to complete as many reps as possible. With podium prizes for the top 3 of each category.

🎧 We will have a live DJ to elevate the experience and we are proud to announce we will be joined by @lifted_brewing - giving every participant a free Alcohol Free Beer with 10g protein per can, encouraging a sober celebration of the evenings achievements.
