I’ve grown a lot these past months, and I learned to appreciate everything I am and am able to do. As much as we say that we should love ourselves and find out about our full potential on our own, I can say that I could rediscover and see myself through the eyes of lovely, talented and overall incredible people.
I found a fire in me that I knew I had but had never felt this strongly and securely before. And it’s staying.
So I felt like sharing some training and project making footage cause this is where a lot of the magic happens and it’s what keeps us going. Looking back, I now see more that I felt back then (and I felt A LOT believe me hahaha).
If you read up until here thank you, Ily and hope to meet you somewhere soon🤍

1. Steps by @baibaklints, dancing with my bby @mischa.justin (always gotta have our lil moment yk) and the amazing @karlbedrijo

2. Choreo by @thesamjorden (you can see @noli.tesema absolutely smashing it)

3. Piece by @wittha.tj you already know🫀

4. A combo I made a while ago just for class, taken also by my girl @kathrinewborgen🤍 (crazy that we had no clue how close we’d get and what would be ahead of us back then) and @minhchrisly

5. On set for a project with @stefani_mtc🤍 dancing with @tuan.ngn and @karlbedrijo (@itsnotismi giving it his all as a cameraman here-)

6. Collab by @wittha.tj and @baibaklints, dancing with @stefani_mtc and Sharuuu (again soon💗)

7. Steps by me, surrounded by my loves @d.ellaa__ @_flaaviiiaa_ and @nanjala__

8. Another one by @wittha.tj you amaze me every time. Dancing with @tuan.ngn and @mvurolucv

9. And a last one by the same crazy duuudeee because excuse me have u seen him?
Love you with my whole heart and really appreciate you as an artist and as a friend.

10. Just me tryna see what this choreo I had in mind looked like and my phone not cooperating anyways sending loooveeee x

Dance project based on the words of DEAR FUTURE GENERATION: SORRY by @prince_ea

PLANET EARTH🌱
Beauty and generosity
its resilience
vital to us and limited
The human species
nothing but a part of it

SOME WORDS💛
I have so much to say about this video production. But in fact, I want to thank every single person involved in this project for making it possible.
It was exactely one year ago when I was deeply touched and inspired by these true and honest words written and spoken by Prince Ea. Every time I danced to this Poetry Slam, I felt a lot of pain, anger and saddness. I had tears in my eyes and a lump in my throat. I was devastated by the fact that we greedly rob the planet we live on and possibly destroy our own species.

And here we are, 365 days later.
I am extremely thankful I could realise this dance production because it gives me hope. I do believe that the next generation is sensitive enough, cares and takes action.
I encourage you to talk about the ecological and climate crisis we are facing with your children, your cousins, your neighbor, friends, the person in the train, your teacher, aunt and whoever you will cross eyecontact with today. Because our planet needs your voice.

I have hope in us. Because we can do big things. Together.
