The impact the weight room has had on my life is more than I can express and I continue to be blessed to pass it on for a living.

Now as a strength consultant with the Wentworth Men’s Volleyball team @witvb

A genuine group of guys crushing phase 1 of training this week. I had to call for a group pic last night.

I’m really pumped to see how their performance will continue to improve as their foundation is already high.

When I first got into personal training and strength coaching in 2020, I never truly knew where it would lead me. The speaking engagements, opening up @btstrengthwellness first location, and now getting back to athletics.

This is where it all started for me. The weight room gave me 8 years of football, my career, and a strong life.

We’re just getting started 🚀

Happy Wellness Day Leops! 🐾

In honor of Student-Athlete Mental Health Week, here are a few reminders for our athletic community! You are more than an athlete. Take a break, check in with yourself, and don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it!

Congratulations Megan Davies and Anthony Krzykowski (WITVB class of 2024) on tying the knot! WITVB alum showed up to share the special day. Coach Gigs was allegedly bussin down to “Pink Pony Club”. Wishing Anthony and Megan nothing but the best as they start this new chapter! 🤵🏻‍♂️👰🏻‍♀️🍾
