A new week. March has arrived, can you feel it? 💐

This month we celebrate women, strength and community.

We’re shining a light on Victoria Amore, whose Kundalini and Gong classes bring depth, energy and heart to bhuti. Thank you, Victoria, for sharing such a beautiful reminder of the power of this community.

From flow to deep rest, choose the practice that meets you where you are.

And don’t forget, this Sunday we gather for our IWD Rising Strong retreat. A game-changing day retreat to reclaim your voice ❤️

I am SO psyched about @weare.valerie!

Heard all the great stuff about this all-in-one supplement — and I cannot wait to get stuck in.

Oh my God! I’m going to be unstoppable. Good luck, everyone. 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💋

***trigger warning**** & raw post alert 💕

PMDD is not PMS

- in my case I believe it was caused by a traumatic event which also gave me PTSD. 😵‍💫 I’m still waiting for the official diagnosis from the psychiatrist and gynaecologists but as I’m waiting for this, I want to start documenting and improving my hormonal health.

I am lucky enough to know people who specialise in the endocrine system so I’m going to be exploring endocrine disruptors such as what we put on and in our bodies 😅 and also in the world around us (and try not to get too overwhelmed with it at the same time and be able to still live in the ‘real’ world - whatever that means).

This journey starts as my wonderful, clever, incredible friend @wizzbangwizzy from @wizz.and.co has founded another company @weare.valerie. And they have created an elixir to support female hormone health and symptoms of perimenopause! 🫶🏼

And the ingredients are basically everything we all need right now-
Ashwagandha
Zinc
Magnesium
Vitamin D3, K2B6 & B12

And my favourite sciency bit is the liposomal technology which means your body actually absorbs it.

Day 2 and I’m not sure if it’s the placebo effect or the Full Moon but I’m feeling brighter.

If you’re interested check out their page and if you want a 30% discount code I’m going to put it in my stories and create a discount & PMDD highlight.

And if you guys have any tips, resonate, anything you’d like me to explore on my journey please let me know!
