A wonderful evening of connection, pride, and community.

The Consul General of Lebanon in Los Angeles Charbel Nassar was honored to join the World Lebanese Cultural Union (WLCU) Meet & Greet, bringing together members of the Lebanese-American community for meaningful conversations and shared moments that help keep the bond between Lebanon and its diaspora alive.

The event was enriched by the presence of distinguished guests from Lebanon, MP Dr. Najat Aoun Saliba, and MEA Captains Roula and Fadi Hoteit, whose inspiring remarks filled the room with hope and pride despite the challenges our country continues to face.

A special thank you to Mr. Fares Wehbe, President of the World Lebanese Cultural Union, for this wonderful opportunity, and to Mrs. Guilda Asmar, President of the WLCU Los Angeles Chapter, for her warm introduction and heartfelt welcome.

Together, we celebrate our heritage, strengthen our community, and reaffirm our enduring connection to Lebanon. 🇱🇧

At the World Lebanese Cultural Union @wlcu.la event wearing one of my favorite looks from the new collection ✨

A statement black velvet corset detailed with hand-placed pearls and dramatic couture sleeves, paired with soft gray flared pants for a modern elegant contrast. A look inspired by strength, femininity, and victorian timeless glamour.
Mom @hatem4379 and I were honored to meet with the council of lebanon @lebanesecouncil , the inspiring @najat.aoun.saliba and so many inspiring lebanese minds @ferriswehbe @guildaasmar @elieberchan_pvt

It was such an honor to be part of LEAP at the Anaheim Marriott on May 9th, and to be recognized as the #1 exhibit out of 50 exhibitors.
Ps: i was wearing one of my new collection lace jacket embroidered with real #charbine from #anjar honoring my roots.. @tamaranasr_fashionhouse

I want to sincerely thank @califorleb for bringing us all together. That day truly felt like home. Being surrounded by inspiring Lebanese entrepreneurs and leaders like @nogarlicnoonions @wlcu.la , @consulateoflebanonla the Consulate of Lebanon in Los Angeles, @sultanbakery and so many others made me incredibly proud to be Lebanese.

I was especially touched by the stories shared by lebanese like @medonations — stories of resilience, strength, and humanity that I deeply relate to. Seeing Lebanese engineers, doctors, nurses, entrepreneurs, and creatives united together reminded me how powerful our community truly is.

Being away from home has never been easy, especially after the difficult years Lebanon and its people have endured. But moments like these remind us that we are never alone.

Thank you for welcoming me with so much love and for all the hard work you do to support Lebanese families and our community. I truly hope I can make a positive difference here in Los Angeles as well — no religion, no politics, just human to human. 🇱🇧

In the midst of heartbreak, distance, and everything happening in Lebanon, events like LEAP remind me that our community is still full of life, creativity, talent, music, culture, and connection 🇱🇧

What started as a networking conference became something much deeper — a reminder of why so many of us love being Lebanese in the first place.

From filmmakers and entrepreneurs to artists, musicians, nonprofits, businesses, food, and community, the night felt like pieces of Lebanon all coming together in one room.

Thank you to @califorleb for creating a space that reminded so many of us what home feels like.

What’s something that instantly reconnects you to your culture or makes you feel at home? ❤️
