Stage Recap 🚗🔥

Went into this round with one main goal: understand the car in chase position and finally pull off those crazy chase runs I’ve been training for. Mission accomplished ✅ but let’s dive into the details.

Saturday – Practice & Qualifying
After a big layout change, the first practice session was tough. I didn’t fully understand the track or setup, but after adjusting wheel speed and a few small things, the car became easier to drive. In the second session, I put together a solid lap—still not perfect (initiation, aggression, and a bit of speed to improve), but good enough to qualify P10.

Sunday – Battles
Reset my mind, ready to push both in lead and chase. With only one practice session before Top16, there wasn’t much time to get comfortable, but we made it work.

Top16: Faced a crazy Bulgarian 2023 champion as well. I chased first and went all in, then in the lead he didn’t leave me space for initiation which messed up my line. Judges called OMT, so I sent it even harder and took the win.

Top8: Controversial one. His lead run looked more like he was trying to run away than battle, and in my lead I felt pushed from behind straight into the wall. Not the cleanest, but that’s drifting and we learn from all experience's.

Takeaways
I’m really happy with how I chased this weekend—it finally clicked, and we showed we’re not easy competitors.

Huge thanks to my team for giving me an exceptional car with zero issues, the crowd for the insane energy, my parents, my partners, and everyone else supporting me. 🙏

We’re not done yet. Big things are coming—stay tuned! 🔥

Cel mai bun chase-run al meu, de pana acum.
In battle cu piloti precum @claudiuadm, singura varianta este “ori la bal, ori la spital”.
