Fun in Finance at Mays Business School, judging the graduate student capstone presentations again for the M.S. Real Estate Program! Teams presented to investors and developers with poise, professionalism and creativity at an all-time high! Their projects were also inspiring with innovative AI applications and sustainability considerations thought through, along with feasibility studies, site selection and other aspects of property development. Professor Stephen Ramseur helps his students to be better prepared in business and better people. His collaboration with @jrussellpeterson as well as his top-notch team are perfect and produce amazing results. Happy to be a judge. Enjoyed the exciting tie-breaker! Professor Ramseur and Peterson hosted a judges’ dinner at @campfire_restaurant in @thestellahotel on the night before judging as a great way for judges to get to know other judges before the event. Nice to meet former Aggie Football player Blake Kendricks, now COO of @streamrealtypartners, and other judges! Ten-ten overall great experience for everyone. @tamu is fortunate to have these practioners teaching and opening their networks to students.

Remarkable student startup pitches in Professor Stephen Ramseur’s graduate PropTech course today and anothet tough competition! It was great fun and an honor to be invited back to judge, along with the @techstars-backed @hifive.community cofounders @numan013 and @_amaandosani from @1876ventures; @jrussellpeterson, @wlp52, @justinshulse, @ianwarshak and other exceptional judges. Six innovative use cases of Ai, Blockchain and Autonomous technologies were presented and all of them were fundable startups!

Dear Fish Camp,
There will never be enough words to describe the love I have for this organization. Fish Camp has been so much more than a tradition for me it has truly been one of the best parts of my entire college career and I’m so thankful for every moment, memory, and friendship it’s given me.

To Camp Benden💙,
Where it where it all began. You welcomed me with open arms and taught me what it means to be an Aggie while also giving me my very first glimpse into the heart of Fish Camp. You’re the reason I fell in love with this organization in the first place.

To Camp Troy💜,
You were exactly what I needed and came at exactly the right time. You gave me a glimpse of the other side and taught me how to grow into a leader and reminded me why I wanted to give back. My first year was amazing because of y’all!

To Camp Peel💚,
You were more than I could have ever hoped for. Thank you for giving me back my love for this organization reminding me why I fell in love with Fish Camp in the first place. This summer was filled with so much laughter, late nights, snow globe moments, and so much love. You became my home, my biggest cheerleaders, and my favorite people to be around. Every single one of you holds such a special piece of my heart and I could talk about you it for hours. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect camp to close out my last summer of college.

Bill is originally from Memphis, Tennessee🤠🌇 and is apart of the fighting Texas Aggie class of 1974 (WHOOP!👍🏼) where he graduated with a bachelors of Environmental Design 🏡🌆🤓and then got a Masters of Architecture🏗️🏢👷‍♂️!
