We walked 10 miles in a single day — so much love to New Orleans for leaving me both physically exhausted and mentally inspired! The jambalaya we had (twice) was *chefs kiss* so freaking good, and of course I loved soaking in all the amazing architecture and art.

Being in New Orleans a week before my sister’s birthday was both challenging and healing. She loved that city, and I definitely felt her with me. I’m feeling inspired again, and ready to get back to work on my upcoming solo show.🖤

We hired a producer. His rates are high but his taste is impeccable. Send us money 💴 and send him snacks 🌭 please.

It’s been a long time coming, but I’m happy to announce that vinyl has arrived for my new EP. 100 copies on randomly colored 10” vinyl records in full color sleeves. I can hand deliver in Cookeville (DM) me, or ship through the link in the bio.

I recorded this EP back in January, but I’ve been sitting on this material for a few years now. I’m happy to finally put these songs out into the world. Vinyl will be arriving later this month, but for now, check the link in the bio!

Well @mercylounge as we know it is coming to a close. Way too many amazing shows seen there that I have zero pictures from. But Mercy afforded me and countless other friends prized opportunities to play the same stage as some of our most beloved artists we’ve witnessed fill that same hallowed hall. It was the first “real” stage I ever got to play with The Subnovas back in 2013 for an 8 of 8th. And I’ve been fortunate to return over the years with various other acts. So thank you, Mercy Lounge, we loved you, pillars and all.

Felt too appropriate, so including a video of @thisistayls singing Changes, as well as @bullythemusic expressing a good sentiment for how the closure feels.
