DID YOU KNOW: @ana.bandofficial wrote the entire structure of Motivated by Death in 2 days? 😱

May 2025: It was nothing short of surreal watching the magic of creation in person. Musicians of such high calibres writing like one speaks a fluent language. ANA was fresh off their Japan tour, and everyone was soaring at the highest levels of synchronicity. Some songs began with a skeleton, some began as yet to be formed dust; some songs seemed to almost materialise instantaneously (Shadow of Life), whilst others required great effort and concentration (Following the Wind).

I could see the journey of life reflected in the process: sometimes life surprises you with gifts… and sometimes you have to really sweat it out. I’d never thought to wonder what magic might look like in reality, but over those 2 days, I can tell you - it’s real.

@battlebeastband - @ana.bandofficial
I'm still smiling from this last show, it was such a fantastic night!!
Getting to play as support for Battle Beast on their Melbourne Show for thier first Australian Tour, and getting to meet and talk with them all still feels wild to me. (Highschool me would never have been able to believe this as truely possible, haha)

Seeing them live finally was everything and more.
And thank you all so very much for signing a lot of my Battle Beast collection after the show.
This night was the BEST!!! No doubt about that!
