It's about caring, it's about trust, it's about connection and it's beyond the physical yoga!
Relationships matter!
These are some of my wonderful yogis and friends from my Novo Yoga studio in Redondo Beach that I had to close during the pandemic and could never reopen.
That studio was my baby and these yogis were a major part of my yoga family.
We meet for dinner every 3 months to reconnect and we enjoy every minute #relationships #yogifriends yogacommunity#yogaeveryday #yogaeverydamday

I finally led my first retreat in 2 years (due to COVID) and it felt so invigorating to be back! The memories, the space, the people, and of course the yoga all made it such a wonderful experience.

What can I say? I love what I do. This past weekend was a lovely reminder of that. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🙏🙏🙏

If you are looking for your next adventure filled with all this goodness, join me for my next retreat in Mallorca, Spain Oct. 26 - Nov. 1 2022. Link in bio to learn more. ✨

“ Small acts multiplied by millions can transform the world “.
This is our great yoga community.
We get together weekly for some outdoor yoga and we share what nature gives us ,from our garden and backyard.
It is a wonderful and spontaneous exchange that comes from the heart .
Appreciating the small things, makes us appreciate life more and better.
Thank you Novo Yoga community 🙏🏻💚

In 2020, the world went upside down for many but one thing for sure, did not change, it’s a great community of yogis practicing together no matter what and where.
Big applause to all of you👏👏
You showed up to keep your body healthy and your mind sane and calm despite the challenges.
Keep on doing what you are doing and inspire other to show up.
January 2021, is the time to do that.
Let’s inspire and encourage others to practice yoga with us livestream and outdoor.
Be proud of you. We are🙏🏻🤍

What an epic weekend!!! 👰🏻🔥🥳⁣
⁣
Even if we are busy and some of us are spread out in different parts of the country when my friends and I get together, we pick up right where we left off. I am so grateful that I got to celebrate my bachelorette with my ride or die sisters. 💃🏻 You all made this weekend unforgettable. To top it all off, my mom and my aunties planned an afternoon tea themed bridal shower today. I feel so loved, supported and special! 🤗💍💕⁣
