⛰️ 𝗠𝗦𝗔 𝗨𝗣𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

🇨🇦 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗢 𝗗𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗗𝗔́ 𝗗𝗘 𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗜𝗗𝗔 𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟
𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗢𝗣𝗔 𝗗𝗘𝗟 𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗢 𝗪𝗠𝗥𝗔 𝗨𝗣𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗟

🇨🇦 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗢 𝗗𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗗𝗔́

𝗥𝗲́𝗺𝗶 𝗟𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘅 y 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗲-𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘂 se llevaron los títulos nacionales.

The most important thing is keeping athletes pain-free and injury-free, with strong, healthy joints, so they reach the start line with real confidence to push to their limit. 🏔️

This isn’t name-dropping. It’s evidence. 📚
Focused shockwave supports joint health right down to the cartilage and the bone beneath it:
• Knee osteoarthritis: multiple meta-analyses of RCTs show less pain and better function (Avendaño-Coy 2020, Wang 2020, Ma 2020)
• Cartilage and subchondral bone: Wang 2017, Chou 2019, Nakasato 2025 and 2026
• Athletes: osteochondritis dissecans healing with focused shockwave (Thiele 2015; Iwahori 2023 in baseball players)

All of these are in my free ESWT Evidence Bibliography of 710 studies. Send me a DM and I will email the 710
Studies Bibliography

@kirstyskyedickson: 2nd in the World Cup Uphill and 3rd overall, while working full-time. 🥈🥉🇬🇧

🇬🇧 Trail running isn’t just about physical exertion and sporting competition. It’s also great fun :) Not just for those taking part in the race, but for the fans too. That’s how we enjoyed ourselves this year on the Three Lakes Marathon route :)

One week since my last run and six days until the next competition.

Not my best preparation ever, but I'm kind of used to it by now. 😅

The good news is that my Achilles is making great progress, and I'm optimistic that I'll be able to run pain-free next Saturday at @mujutrail.korea/@goldentrailseries.
