🎉 In celebration of the 2026 @WNBA Finals, here are my top 10 basketball cards! I don't collect a ton of basketball. I focus on my fav players and then try and grab my favourite designs. As someone who's still fairly new to the WNBA, I've learned a lot more about the league and the players this year after becoming a @TorontoTempo season ticket holder for their inaugural season. Can't wait for game 3 in Atlanta tomorrow. I'm cheering for the Dream, but as I watch the Valkyries (prob the team I know the least about), they're quickly growing on me. Been a great series so far. Hoping it goes the distance! #wnba #wnbafinals #womensbasketball #basketballcard #basketballcards 🎨 Angel Reese (/10) - 2024 @PaniniAmerica Prizm WNBA, Groovy Gold Prizm (PSA 9) 🏀 Sheryl Swoopes (Auto, /50) - 2024 @Topps Allen & Ginter, Framed Mini (SGC 8.5) 🇫🇷 Dominique Malonga (Patch/Auto, /99) - 2025 Panini WNBA Select 🪎 Lisa Leslie - 1999 Fleer Ultra WNBA, Gold Medallion (SGC 9.5) 🪣 Paige Bueckers (/10) - 2024 Bowman U Best, Geometric Red Refractor (PSA 9) 👸🏾 Napheesa Collier - 2019 Panini Donruss WNBA, Optic Holo (PSA 9) 🍁 Kia Nurse (/10, Auto) - 2020 Panini WNBA Prizm, Gold Signatures 🫶 Thank you to @women.on.topps for gifting me this beaut!!! 🥽 Olivia Miles (/15, Auto) - 2022-23 Leaf Vivid Basketball 🇨🇦 Aaliyah Edwards (/10) - 2023 Bowman U Chrome 1st, Red Shimmer (PSA 10) 👑 A'ja Wilson (/25) - 2023 Prizm WNBA, Top Tier Mojo

What would you buy if you never planned to sell it? Mark talks about what he enjoys about buying cards for $20 and under. Profit never enters the decision. He’s thinking about the photo. The memory. Whether the card makes him smile when he turns through his binder after a day at work. That’s the return he’s looking for. This week on @wnbacardpod we explore buying cards less than $100 with @coldlunchcards and @mjs_sportscards. A Marina Mabrey autograph /49. No screaming required. Katelyn and Mark open Donruss WNBA packs courtesy of @greatlakestradingcardsco and talk through the players, the cards, and one question about this hit: where’s the Toronto Tempo jersey? This Mabrey is headed to a listener’s collection. Follow @wnbacardpod for the giveaway details. What do you think of the new Donruss product? You don’t have to remember watching a player to find a reason to collect them. Mark (@mjs_sportscards) is learning the history of the WNBA through Pinnacle, Rittenhouse, and Fleer Ultra. The cards introduce him to players he didn’t watch. Learning what they contributed gives him more reasons to care about the league he follows today. That’s something I love about collecting. You start with a card and end up wanting to know more. Mark joins Katelyn aka @coldlunchcards as cohost for Season 6 of The WNBA Card Podcast. Preview episode for Season 6 of @wnbacardpod out now on the Stacking Slabs Network. . . . . . #thehobby #sportscards #wnbacards #wnba #collection

When I asked Katelyn which card represents her Lynx fandom, I had a feeling I knew the answer. Her 2019 Donruss Optic Gold Napheesa Collier rookie /10. The Rated Rookie logo. The gold. The start of Panini’s WNBA run. A card she acquired through a friend. Each part gives her a reason to keep it. That’s what I love about hearing collectors explain their cards. You learn what they care about. For the Season 5 finale, I’m interviewing @coldlunchcards about her Minnesota Lynx collection. It’s been a great season. Thank you to the special community of collectors that support the @wnbacardpod. Also, a special shout out to @cardladder for their continued support. . . . . . #thehobby #sportscards #wnbacards #wnba #minnesotalynx

Chad (@packtothefuturepodcast) went to his first Portland Fire game with his wife. Chelsea Gray tied the three-point record that night. His hobby friends knew he was watching. They found a Chelsea Gray 1/1 and kept telling him to buy it. His wife joined in, too. He did. Now that card reminds him of the game, the messages from his friends, and the night he started following the WNBA. That’s what I love about this part of collecting. A card can hold the people who were there when your interest began. Katelyn talks with Chad about that card and how he’s building a Portland Fire collection on this week’s WNBA Card Podcast. Jarrod (@wnbacardcollector) owns the Rhyne Howard Gold Vinyl rookie auto 1/1. Yet when Katelyn asked him to choose his personal grail, that wasn’t his answer. He chose a ticket from Rhyne’s WNBA debut. Signed by Rhyne. Inscribed “WNBA Debut.” The Gold Vinyl is the card most collectors would place at the top of the hierarchy. The ticket connects Jarrod to a moment. New @wnbacardpod with @coldlunchcards talking Atlanta Dream. Out now on the Stacking Slabs Network. The lowest serial number does not always make it the most important card. Shawn (@motorcitymarks) owns Marina Mabrey cards numbered to five and three. His personal grail is still her 2021 Prizm Gold /10. His copy is numbered 3/10. Her jersey number. It represents the player he watched at Notre Dame, the rainbow he worked to build, and the years he spent creating a collection that nobody else can recreate. The hobby will give you its ranking. Your collection gets to have its own. New episode of @wnbacardpod with @coldlunchcards out now on the Stacking Slabs Network. Not every piece of memorabilia carries the same weight. Jenny’s (@wsportscollector) Sue Bird rookie relic contains material from the jersey Bird wore during her first WNBA game. The yellow patch comes from a part of the jersey that appears less often than the white material. The grade is also hard to find. Those details matter. The history matters more. This card connects Jenny to the beginning of Sue Bird’s career and a defining chapter of Seattle Storm basketball.
