I spy with my little eye…

Walked into Jam Session last night and into the gallery to find @wncgems setup and I immediately saw this Obsidian bracelet and I just had to have it! My Bestii @themavenssuperfecta444 usually sends me these from home and blesses them for me, I have had multiple bracelets break on me but they are supposed to when their job is complete. Seeing that I am going home in a couple of weeks it was a sign that I am protected always. Thank you Whitley!!!

Every event tells a story.

We figured the best way to tell ours wasn't with opinions. It was with the numbers.

We're sharing a behind-the-scenes look at what we've built together over the last two years.

Not because bigger is always better.
Because every number represents real people, real conversations, and a community that continues to grow across Asheville and the surrounding area.

This series is our way of pulling back the curtain and showing what happens when people keep showing up for something they believe in.

Thank you to everyone who's been part of the journey so far.

Year Three starts now. ☀️🤍

Get your tickets for the white party now via the 🔗 in Bio before they run out!

Which number surprised you the most?

EXCERPT OF BRYTENESS

The beautiful thing about @godbodyatl is that we instill great ideas and even better attitudes. We just so happened to center it around FITNESS and WELLNESS. Those residuals that I’m speaking about are so real, I am truly grateful for the tribe and everything that takes place at GodBody. It is helping me in every facet of life 💯

This week on Blue Hour, I sit with survivor, advocate, and community health worker Whitley English to explore her journey of surviving a near-fatal assault and transforming that experience into a life of service, advocacy, and healing.

Whitley shares the realities of navigating the justice system, including the challenges she faced in securing protection and the resilience it took to continue fighting for herself. She speaks candidly about how her lived experience became the foundation for her work supporting others impacted by domestic violence and systemic barriers.

We explore Whitley’s work as the founder of @wncgems , where she serves as a bridge connecting individuals to essential resources like housing, healthcare, and education—while also addressing social determinants of health through a holistic, community-centered approach.

The conversation expands into spiritual wellness, ancestral healing, and the role of ritual in daily life. Whitley shares her practices with sacred oils, chakra balancing, sound healing, and biofield tuning, offering insight into how spirituality and embodiment can support deep healing and self-regulation.

We also discuss advocacy, community care, raising conscious children, and the importance of creating safe spaces for healing—including for those working to unlearn cycles of harm.

This episode is a powerful reminder that healing is not linear, advocacy is deeply personal, and transformation is always possible.
