I know I know every tech AI bro is trying to sell you their Claude editing skill or course or whatever and the end result all looks the same: straight cis hetro male if Imm being honest.

I wanted an editing tool in Claude that was cute to look at, understand MY aesthetics and have edits that looks like its edited by me and NOT AI slop. So I build it: Edit Bestie ✨

The app:
1. Writes your script after “interviewing you” and knows exactly who you are
2. It organizes a content folder on your computer so you can drop in the footage
3. Edits for you in your style with cute transitions, sound effect (No tech bro vibes here!)
4. Create a cover image and writes caption for you

I was in a rut feel like editing endlessly is sucking the life out of me, and now its fun again. You get to be tge creative director and direct Edit Bestie to be your personal editor.

I made this for the non technical girlies and boys, may the algorithm find you all and can’t wait to see your own unique creations using Edit Bestie.

Send this post to anyone who want to lock in content creation but editing is slowing them down. Follow for more tips on how to lock in on posting with easy tips.

I used to spend 3 hours editing one reel. Now Claude edits it while I make my coffee. Here’s exactly how 👇

1. Film your takes on your phone. Say every line twice.
2. Drop the clips into one folder.
3. Open the Claude app and type “edit my video”.
4. Claude keeps your best take of each line and cuts every pause and “um”.
5. Then it adds your captions, zooms, sound effects and colour, and makes the cover.

The part most people miss: set your style once. Your fonts, your colours, your sounds. That’s why every reel comes out looking like yours, not like a template.

I’ve made content for big brands for 14 years. This is how I edit my own reels now. The app is called Edit Bestie and it runs inside the Claude app on your Mac.

Bestie price USD 39.99 until Tue 27 Oct.
If you film your own reels and hate editing them, comment EDIT and I’ll send you the link 👇

Still spending 3 hours editing one Instagram reel? This is how I edit mine now: I film, Claude edits, I go make a coffee. ☕

I used to sit in CapCut every night. Picking my best take, cutting every pause and “um”, adding captions word by word, then zooms, sound effects and colour. One 30-second reel took me a whole evening.

Now I drop my clips in a folder and Claude edits the reel for me, right inside the Claude app. Best takes picked, pauses cut, captions, zooms and sounds in. I review it and post.

If you love filming but hate editing, this one is for you.

Comment EDIT and I’ll show you how it works.
Send this to the friend who edits until 2am.

Everything you need to know about editing viral videos 📌 save this for your next reel

1. Hook your audience in the first second
2. Cut every pause
3. Talk just a little faster
4. Make the hook text huge
5. Captions, one word at a time
6. Say it, then show it
7. Zoom in on the word that matters
8. A sound on every cut
9. Colour grade it
10. End with one call to action
11. Sound like you talk, not like you read

That sounds like a lot of editing work? Trust me, I know. That’s why I built an app that does all of it for me, right inside my Claude. Every edit you just saw, it did.
It launches Wednesday 21 October.
