POV: you missed a few days and your program wants you to start over from day 1.

Omni Life doesn’t work like that. No cycles, no test weeks, no restarting. Miss a day, miss a week — you pick up where you are, because the program moves with your life.

14-day free trial — link in bio.

OCALA prep is not for everyone. Here is how to know.

For you if: You have an OCALA start line in January. You are training, but it is random. You want a coach to look at your work and a group to hold you to it for 14 weeks.

Not for you if: You want a one-week shortcut, or you will not show up to the calls and check-ins. Small group means your spot matters - I would rather it goes to someone who will use it.

If that first one is you: link in bio, DM ‘OCALA’ and tell me where you are starting from. And we can get you set up to start next week.

A program with an unknown ending. Just like life.

OMNI LIFE isn’t about completing a program. It’s about developing the capacity to handle life.

Miss a day or a few days? You’re not falling behind. There’s no catching up, no starting over. Just pick up where you left off and keep moving forward.

OMNI LIFE isn’t built around specific training weeks leading to a final test.

Because life doesn’t work that way.

Every day presents its own challenges. Every day is an opportunity to put your training to use.

We train for performance on demand, because life doesn’t care whether you’re ready or not.

No finish line. No perfect schedule. Just consistent effort, adaptability, and the willingness to keep showing up.

Try OMNI LIFE free for 14 days and see how it moves with you.

Human First, Everything Else Second.

A quick overview of what a peak week looks like as we build to Machete 200 Endurance Run at the end of October. While the original plan was to hit all of the miles on the course, an unexpected Southern California heatwave put a stop to that.

Just like any race or event, we adapted and adjusted a generally self-supported simulation to be safer in 100+ degree heat.

As Coach George put it, “This weekend is about training not about suffering or to prove something.”

Everyone knows what a thruster is, right @beckyharsh ? 🤭

Upper Body Warm Up
3 Rounds
10 Banded Face Pulls
10 Banded H Presses
10 Hinge Pull Ups (Feet Assisted)
10 Banded S/A Pec Fly/side
10 Banded S/A Shoulder Circles (Forward)
10 Banded S/A Shoulder Circles (Backwards)
10 Supinated Grip Bench Press

Wear and tear of the body happens when we train. What helps keep it healthy and strong is a proper warm up before we dive into training.

I find the exploration as the creative process sets the tone for training.

It also allows me to find ways to better improve how I develop warms up for the individuals I train.

Most of the warm ups I give athletes I have run through myself and still come back too often.

With this transition to the @wodbump coaching software. I am excited to keep building out our movement library. To keep our signature unique when it comes to how we build out training sessions.

Check out this video feedback @gbriones_3 gives @reese_morrongiello on her clean complex.

He highlights her triple extension, why she is coming a bit forward early due to her hips, and then how she adjusted to get into a beautiful finish position in her Clean.

There are many reasons why we made this switch over to @wodbump coaching platform.

But this was a big one, in the past we needed to use other apps to provide feedback. It was a longer process and made it a bit more difficult to provide this level of feedback within a specific response window to the athlete.

Now with the new coaching software and app. The athlete can upload their videos in their programming; ask for review and as the coach we can provide direct feedback and send it back with in minutes.

It is improving our response time, how we coach, and communicate with the athletes who work with us inside Omni Athlete Training.

Weighted pull-ups have become one of my favorites.

They remind me of the deadlift.

You are in a fistfight with gravity.

If you want to get stronger and get better at fighting gravity, we built a program for that.

Omni Life is a continuous subscription-based training program that does not run in short cycles. It runs with you.

Miss a day or two? You are not behind.

You just pick back up where you left off, the same way you do with life.

Strength. Conditioning. Consistency.

Try Omni Life free for 14 days and see what I am talking about.

There has been a lot of change at Omni this last week as we transitioned to a new coaching platform.

Some of it has been exciting. Some of it has been frustrating. And a lot of it has us figuring things out and adapting in real time.

But, that’s a part of building anything and how we grow.

We talk to our athletes about the importance of adaptation. To pay attention, learn, make adjustments, and keep moving towards the bigger goal. It’s all part of the growth process.

We have to be willing to do the same, even when it’s uncomfortable and challenges us.

We’re doing this so that the Omni Athlete experience is more seamless, integrated, and built for you, the athlete.

Adapt. Learn. Build. Grow. And always, keep moving forward.
