Intimacy begins where our defences end. I create these short films to bring psychological concepts out of the therapy room. Every film begins with a theme I encounter in my practice and is translated into a visual narrative. I conceive, write, direct, style, film, and edit these projects myself. In my work as a relationship therapist and sexologist, I meet people at the places where love, desire, identity and fear collide. These reels grow out of the themes I encounter in my practice. NEVER out of one person’s story, but out of patterns I see, questions that stay with me, and things we don’t always have words for. This one is about a woman in danger.
