This post is so overdue… but I think part of me kept putting it off because posting it means admitting it’s really over. Yesterday I put on my Shelton uniform for the last time and i’m truly heartbroken that it’s over but so unbelievably grateful it happened. It’s hard to put into words how much this program means to me as well as this team. This team pushed me in ways I didn’t even know I needed and realizing that I won’t get to experience it exactly like that again with these people and coaches hits harder than I expected. Even though we didn’t get the outcome we wanted this team and this year gave me a whole new “why” to cheerleading.

To my coaches, aka “Mom,Dad & Uncle T” Thank you for always believing in me even when I didn’t have any belief left inside myself and for seeing my potential and shaping me into the athlete I am today forever in debt to y’all!

Resting easy in Gods plan for the future but i’ll never forget where I came from. Go Bucs forever! Wherever I go i’ll always know there’s “ONE WAY” home !➡️💚⚔️
