I said this now for a few years, but I believe the future of medicine is Energetics! 💫 It is the energetic communication that happens between us, cell to cell, food to food, person to person. We are always exchanging signals!

If you are not yet familiar, Natural Awakenings is a publication devoted to natural health, nutrition, functional medicine, and holistic living across Southwest Florida. Each issue is a gathering of credible, cutting-edge knowledge meant to help our community live well and naturally! What a team of practitioners, doctors, organic health grocers, and people pouring into the well-being of others!

It’s a blessing to contribute amongst an array of change makers and inspirational wealth of knowledge from the community on behalf of Food & Thought and Food & Thought 2! 🌱 🙏

Every month, be on the lookout for a new issue with a feature. You can pick one up at both Food and Thought and Food and Thought 2.

True wealth is being a positive impact to as many people as you can reach.

Started at @sculptedhotpilates with @hannah_vedder lighting our arms/core on fire 😆🔥After we went to @wolfmoon.co, we had their fall lineups of blueberry cheesecake + maple sea salt iced lattes = yum! @kaleidoscopefloral is the cutest floral shop inside and the owner was so nice 🌸 Another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on coming back!

One of my favorite local coffee stops ☕️🥐

If you haven’t tried Wolfmoon, add it to your list! With locations in Naples and Bonita Springs, they have the most amazing flaky croissants, fresh pastries, specialty coffees and matcha.

I love sharing the local spots that make living in Southwest Florida so special. 🤍

☕️ SUPPORT LOCAL: 10 MOM & POP COFFEE SHOPS IN SWFL

Sometimes the best coffee isn’t from a big-name chain. It’s from the little neighborhood spot where the owner knows your order, the pastries are homemade, and you leave feeling like a local.

If you’re looking for a few places to add to your SWFL coffee bucket list, start here:

☕ Wolfmoon — Naples
☕ Lovr Boys Coffee — Bonita Springs
☕ Vichino’s Cafe & Wine Bar — Bonita Springs
☕ Disco Bean Coffee Company — Bonita Springs
☕ Good Ground Coffee — Fort Myers
☕ Take Two Coffee — Fort Myers
☕ Java D’oro Gourmet Coffee Roasters — Cape Coral
☕ The French Press — Cape Coral
☕ The Perfect Cup — Matlacha
☕ Sanibel Bean — Sanibel

And honestly, this list could be MUCH longer.

One of my favorite things about living in Southwest Florida is discovering the small businesses that give each community its personality.

So tell me:

📍 What’s your favorite locally owned coffee shop in SWFL?

Drop it in the comments. I’m always looking for the next great cup of coffee.

Give me one Saturday in Bonita Springs, Florida and

I’ll change your mind about it.

Comment GUIDE and I’ll send you my Moving to Bonita Springs Guide.

Start with coffee at Wolfmoon (@wolfmoon.co) in Downtown Bonita Springs, and grab their famous croissant too.

Then get to Barefoot Beach before the rest of Southwest Florida does.

Lunch at the Survey Cafe (@surveycafe_bonita) downtown.

The afternoon wandering the Wonder Gardens (@thewondergardens) or

the shops at Promenade at Bonita Bay (@promenade_at_bonita_bay).

Dinner at Angelina’s (@angelinasbonita), where they’ll know your order by the third visit.

Then live music at Sugarshack Downtown (@sugarshack_downtown),

no ticket needed.

That is a normal weekend here,

not a special occasion.

The part people do not expect is the math around it.

Bonita Springs sits right between Naples and Fort Myers, and it beats both.

You’re about 15 minutes from Downtown Naples (@cityofnaplesflofficial) and

about 25 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport (@flyrsw).

Homes here run noticeably less per square foot than Naples, and

you skip the US-41 standstill that Naples has become known for.

The drive stops being the thing you plan your day around.

Underrated usually just means nobody has told you yet.

If you’re thinking about moving to Bonita Springs, Florida,

I’d be honored to be the one who shows you around.

Comment GUIDE and I’ll send you my Moving to Bonita Springs Guide.

You built the life.

I find the address that matches it.
