I just returned from Pilates on Tour in Sacramento by Balanced Body! Pilates is more than a "workout." For me, it has become a lifestyle, community, connections and a sense of purpose. It was a great weekend! I saw old friends, great teachers (like my mentor @ lesley logan), and made new friends! I learned so much my brain is exploding with new ideas and fun things for my studio www.hippiechicpilates at www.tresjolielavenderfarm.com in Grass Valley, CA. The studies show that as we age movement is beneficial for mobility and balance. But also , Community and Social Interaction keeps our brains and hearts engaged and full!

We are now in Fall where you can sense change is in the air! Before you know it, the Holidays will be here and then a New Year!

If you are tired of big box gyms and looking for a place to belong, I would encourage you to schedule a complimentary discovery call with me! My name is Christine and I help people as they age to rediscover joy in movement and community no matter where you are at in your life! Won't you call today? Or check out the website at www.hippiechicpilates.com

Many of you know me as a local injector in Grass Valley but that’s actually only a part-time gig for me. My main role is as the director of education and strategic expansion at Persimmon. In that role, I have the honor and pleasure of helping both new and experienced providers develop and refine their practices. #education #grassvalley #nevadacity #aesthetics #persimmonlife
