Tucked away in Shoreham, Wolf On East is a beautiful café, wine bar, and concept space that effortlessly changes with the day. By morning, it’s the perfect spot for brunch, freshly baked pastries, and homemade cakes. As evening arrives, the space transforms into a relaxed wine bar, serving carefully selected wines alongside delicious small plates.

There’s also a thoughtfully curated concept store by Loaf, featuring a beautiful edit of gifts and everyday essentials — the perfect place to find something special.

A little bit about me… 🤍

This carousel shares the highlights, but there's a lot it doesn't show.

For years, I struggled with food intolerances, gut issues, and debilitating periods. I know what it's like to feel frustrated, unheard, and disconnected from your own body—constantly wondering why you don't feel your best.

Those experiences became my why.

They led me to study nutrition, not to find the "perfect" diet, but to better understand my body and help others understand theirs.

I've always been curious about looking beyond one-size-fits-all advice. While I'm passionate about evidence-based nutrition, I also value a holistic approach—considering lifestyle, mindset, movement, sleep, stress, and our relationship with food. I'm fascinated by the psychology behind our behaviours and believe lasting change comes from understanding the whole person, not just what's on their plate.

My goal isn't to tell you what you can't eat. It's to help you feel confident around food, reconnect with your body, and realise that nutrition can be enjoyable, realistic, and shared with others.

If this page helps even one person feel a little less alone, it'll be worth it.

Swipe for the cutest old man you’ve ever seen 🤭

Couple of frames from a test roll through my Canon nFD 50mm f3.5 macro lens.

You could say f3.5 is quite “slow” for a 50, but I mostly shoot at f5.6 in the daytime anyway so that’s not an issue.

I think it pairs pretty well with @ilfordphoto XP2: Nice contrast and sharpness without looking tooooo clinical.

On a sunny New Year’s Eve morning we visited @wolfoneast ☀️✨ It was super busy with lots of takeaways and they didn’t have many sweet treats left but I spotted a pistachio and white chocolate croissant which I had to have! 😍 It was super light, filled with pistachio cream and pistachio pieces and topped with drizzled white chocolate and more pistachio pieces! 💚🥐 It was incredible! Definitely my new favourite spot in Shoreham! 🤍✨

Popped into the newly opened @wolfoneast this morning to fuel up in advance of a day of Christmas shopping and carols.

Great coffee, incredible range of sweet and savoury treats (I went for the gluten free marmalade cake) and a beautiful interior.
