Three years ago, I created a PowerPoint presentation for business partnerships and sponsorships.🏋️‍♀️

I remember sitting there, writing down my goals ✨ goals that felt so big that, honestly, they scared me. I wasn’t sure if I could achieve them. But I sent that presentation to different businesses anyway. I decided that being scared wouldn’t stop me from fighting for what I wanted. 🏋️‍♀️

Today, I opened that PowerPoint again…

And yes I had accomplished every single goal I wrote down.🥹🔥
Looking at those words from three years ago and seeing where I am today makes me so incredibly proud of myself. 🥹🤍

I can look back and say:
I MADE MYSELF PROUD. 🥹💕

I competed on some of the biggest stages. I worked harder than ever. 🔥 I pushed through fear, doubt, and all the moments when it would have been easier to stop.

Three years ago, I had never competed in those huge international competitions. But some people and businesses believed in me before I had any proof that I could do it.🫶

To every single person and business that supported me, encouraged me, and believed in me THANK YOU. 💕

You gave me power. 🔥You gave me strength. You made me believe that maybe these crazy, scary goals really were possible.

And we did it TOGETHER. 🔥🤍

I truly hope I made all of you proud, too.

And to everyone who didn’t believe in me… that’s okay.
I DID IT ANYWAY. 😎🔥

Dreams can be scary. Write them down anyway. 🔥Fight for them anyway. Believe in yourself even when the outcome is uncertain.💪

Because one day, you might open that old file and realize…

YOU ACTUALLY MADE IT ALL COME TRUE✨🥹🤍

Hey, your Queen is back! 😎 Not in kilos, but mentally I’m BACK 🏋️‍♀️🔥👑 Today training 85kg pause clean pause jerk + clean and jerk for 2 sets

Being an athlete isn’t always easy, especially when you also have coaching, work, and other responsibilities to balance.😒 Sometimes life throws things at you that affect you so much mentally that you don’t even feel like training. 😔 And honestly, that’s okay. We’re all human. 🤍

One thing life is teaching me is that not everyone will be happy to see you succeed, and not everyone will wish you the best. 🤦‍♀️ Of course, it hurts sometimes, and it can make you really sad. 💔 But every experience is another lesson, another opportunity to grow, and another reason to become mentally stronger. 💪🔥

Never wait for everyone to be happy about your success. Never expect everyone to want the best for you. Just keep working, 🔥keep growing, and let your results speak for themselves. 👑✨🏋️‍♀️

Today, I felt good mentally, showed up, and gave EVERYTHING I had in training. 🔥🏋️‍♀️ I know I have to be patient, stay focused, and trust the process until I get back to my personal records and then set NEW ones! 🎯📈🔥

My next competition is in December, and I’ll do my absolute best to hit my personal bests. One session at a time, one step at a time. ⏳ No rushing, no excuses, just hard work, discipline, and belief in myself. 💯

I’m grateful to have my team by my side @nowsupplementscy @mkstavrinos @betonalfa @paradisiotis 💚 along with my family and my real friends. ❤️ You know who you are, and your support means everything to me. 🫶🙏

The queen is back, and the journey continues! 👑🔥🚀

Kianoush Rostami (Persian: کیانوش رستمی, born 23 July 1991) is an Iranian Olympic weightlifter. He was born in Kermanshah to an ethnic Kurdish family. He competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics, in the 85 kg event, winning the gold medal and setting a new world record with a total lift of 396 kilograms
Rostami won the silver medal at the London 2012 Summer Olympics. He originally took home the bronze medal, which ascended to a silver medal when Apti Aukhadov tested positive for dehydrochloromethyltestosterone from samples taken in 2012.

Despite having the third highest total at 96 kg in Olympic qualifying, Rostami failed to qualify for the Tokyo Olympic Games, as he sat 31st in the ROBI point rankings because he scored zero points in the second qualification period (1 May 2019 to 31 October 2019) of the 2020 Olympics after missing all three lifts in the snatch portion of the 2019 World Weightlifting Championships.

In March 2025, Rostami received Kosovo citizenship and in July 2025 he gained the right to represent Kosovo.
