A moment of reflection, gratitude, and quiet pride. Every challenge sharpened my purpose, every setback strengthened my resilience, and every step led me here. Honored to share my journey in P.O.W.E.R. Magazine—and deeply grateful for every person who believed in the vision. This is only the beginning. 🩷🖤🩵

I am deeply honored to be featured in the P.O.W.E.R. Magazine Summer 2026 Women’s Empowerment Edition on page 101.

My heartfelt gratitude to P.O.W.E.R. Magazine, its editorial team, and everyone involved in bringing this feature to life. Thank you for creating a platform that recognizes women who lead with courage, purpose, and the determination to make a meaningful impact.

This recognition represents more than a personal achievement—it reflects the mission behind Resilience Orthopedics: restoring movement, independence, and dignity while expanding access to innovative orthopedic care. My journey has taught me that challenges do not have to define us; they can become catalysts that sharpen our knowledge, strengthen our voices, and deepen our purpose.

I am especially grateful for the opportunity to speak about women in orthopedics, the importance of challenging outdated perceptions, and my commitment to lifting other women as we climb. True empowerment is not rooted in competition, but in creating opportunities, sharing knowledge, and helping others recognize their own potential.

To me, power is not about position—it is about purpose, influence, and impact. It is having the discipline to evolve, the courage to lead, and the responsibility to elevate others.

A very special thank-you to @amazonianikkei.usa in Miami Lakes for graciously welcoming me into your stunning restaurant to film my highlight reel. Your beautiful atmosphere, exceptional hospitality, delicious cuisine, and incredible drinks made this experience even more memorable. Thank you for helping provide such an elegant setting in which to celebrate this meaningful milestone.

I accept this recognition with gratitude, humility, and an even greater commitment to serve, disrupt barriers, and continue creating meaningful change—one patient, one woman, and one opportunity at a time.

With heartfelt appreciation,

Dr. Guiselle Ponce, DNP, ARNP, FNP-BC
Founder, Resilience Orthopedics

Disrupting the system. Restoring you.

I don’t care about being the “baddest.”
I care about being the most disciplined and intentional woman in the room.
Because being the “baddest” is about perception. It’s about attention, noise, and temporary validation. Discipline, however, is about standards. It’s about what you do when no one is watching. It’s about choosing growth over ego, consistency over hype, and purpose over popularity.
Intentional women don’t move randomly. They move strategically. They protect their time, their energy, and their reputation. Every decision aligns with a bigger vision. Every action is deliberate. Every boundary is firm.
Discipline builds empires.
Intentionality sustains them.
Power isn’t loud. It’s controlled.
Confidence isn’t flashy. It’s earned.
I’m not here to impress the room.
I’m here to outwork yesterday, outgrow doubt, and outlast distraction. #resilienceortho305💪🏽🩵🖤🩷 #strongwomen #womeninpower

Putting this post together took me some time - as it brought a lot of painful memories and emotions. Big I decided to share it as a reminder to each and every one : we are who WE decide to be, not who others try to define us as!

Chase your dreams, even when the voices behind whisper, "You will never make it". You are the master of your life! Every negative comment is just noise - and sometimes that noise becomes the fuel that fires us up to prove them wrong.

Go for it! You've got this 💪💪💪
