Met up with @wombat_nyc and saw a customer pick up a part and get a tour of the shop. That's excellent customer service. People should know how their parts are made; this builds a long-lasting relationship that they'll also tell their friends about. Don't be a faceless shop :)

#ByStudioAHEAD Our latest project : @with.others.bk , a wine bar with bites in Brooklyn, NY is officially open!

“My goal was to share my exploration of small production wines and producers with my neighborhood. I love where I live, the community I get to engage with and I wanted to give back to it with a space for people to come together that is elevated yet unpretentious. I wanted to work with Studio AHEAD to design the space because they carry the same ethos I do when searching for wine. They work with small scale, nuanced artisans, artists and fabricators. I wanted those values to carry through from the wine, the food to the design.”- Shanna Nasiri, owner of @with.others.bk / 📷 @ekaterinaizmestieva
