Just one more week to see Arcane Bodies at @womenswork.art in Poughkeepsie, NY! The group show explores the imagery and meaning embedded in tarot and how artists have approached the language of tarot 🌀 Three of my drawings are on view. Each was directly inspired by my expanded sketch ritual, where I use my symbol deck and the Rider-Waite-Smith deck to bring through new possibilities for creative work.

Working with tarot inspired this drawing about finding you “true north” on a bigger scale than the day-to-day, and remembering to notice where you’re headed. “Compass” will be on view in “Arcane Bodies” at @womenswork.art, an artist-run gallery in Poughkeepsie, NY in October. It’s a group show curated around tarot, and how artists have been inspired by it and reinterpreted it. I’ll be at the opening this Saturday, October 3 from 1-3pm if you want to come say hi!
