Two days in the Peak District by car

Day 1 was all about Chatsworth House — and if you’re a Pride & Prejudice fan, you’ll recognise it as Pemberley, Mr Darcy’s estate.

Honestly, it’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited in England. The house itself is stunning, but the grounds are equally spectacular. We spent the day wandering through the estate, enjoying a picnic with a view, exploring the house, and of course creating lots of content.

For the night, we stayed in a lovely Airbnb tucked away in the countryside.

The next morning, we headed to Bamford Edge. The views from the top were absolutely incredible. We took our time walking along the ridge, surrounded by rolling hills and curious sheep grazing nearby. If you need parking here dm me.

Afterwards, we had lunch at The Maynard — such a beautiful spot and easily one of my favourite places from the trip.

Then we drove to Dragon’s Back.
Parked near Chapel Tearooms.

The walk starts from a small car park and takes you through some of the prettiest countryside imaginable. For about half an hour you’re surrounded by stone cottages, farms, sheep and cows peacefully grazing in the fields.

We climbed up to the ridge just before Dragon’s Back and spent some time filming there. The views were breathtaking and the whole landscape felt wonderfully wild and peaceful.

Peak District, you’ve completely stolen my heart. 🤍
