A snapshot of @wong_darrell sharing his golden nuggets at this past Kick-Off!
.
🏆
.
There are many players in the game, but only a handful of champions !
.
🏆
.
Darrell always does such an amazing job of not only keeping himself wisdomous, but always taking it upon himself to share that wisdom with all; so that they too can succeed as champions!

When you surround yourself with great leaders they tend to rub off on you. ⁣
🔥 ⁣
This last Saturday we had the honour of hosting Executive Vice Chairman Paul Hart in our backyard. To hear one of the greatest black leaders of our company, encouraging us to find the greatness that is designed within us. ⁣
🔥⁣
He spoke with such purpose and intensity to move our minority communities because it is needed more than ever. ⁣
🔥⁣
We are in the greatest business on earth, we just have to make the earth spin by action! ⁣
🔥⁣
Get out there and do the work to change the world. One family at a time.

Monte Holm, one of the co-founders of World Financial Group has opened his home to groups of people for decades to train them in the successes and pitfalls of this business. He has a heart to serve as most agents in WFG do. ⁣
⭐️⁣
WFG is built on honesty and integrity which we pride ourselves on and we utilize that in helping families achieve THEIR goals.⁣
⭐️⁣
Last week a select group of people from E-Horse team GTA were invited to spend three days in private cabins on a 160 acre ranch.⁣
⭐️⁣
Monte and his wife Lisa opened their 21,000 square foot home for 65 random people to roam freely through. That is total trust. ⭐️⁣
Our agents that travelled to Utah were able to get Monte’s book autographed, get personalized training and had their vision stretched. ⭐️
Our Senior Marketing Director @tymdjackson was bestowed the honour of Monte’s rhino award for his greatness, hardwork and dedication to our business. We are honoured to have the greatest, growing SMD in Canada. ⭐️
This was a once in a lifetime experience that was a result of hardwork and helping families. There are so many great opportunities in WFG and all you have to do is help people. ⁣
⭐️⁣
Fight for these opportunities so you can grow. ⁣
