Being in nature feeds my soul and inspires me to share yoga and sound. I love my life on the west coast of Scotland, life is a journey

A trip down memory lane to 2019 when I was lucky enough to host a Scottish Drum Birthing Day at a dear friends home. Fast forward to Beltane 2023 and just one place remains on my unique three day retreat hosted in a fabulous rural location close to Kilmartin Glen. Is it time to birth your very own Sacred Spirit Drum with me?

Dusted off my drapes to show a group of fabulous women which colours make them come alive!
I trained as a colour consultant almost 20 years ago, and if I have a superpower, it’s to look at someone and instantly see which colours suit them.
I joined forces with yoga teachers Kate, Diane and Susan and chef Joan on the Isle of Bute to raise funds for @womenforafghanwomen A truly magical weekend with inspirational women.

It’s been a lot about the trees today and promoting next years Celtic Tree Journey for which another couple of people are signing up!
There was also a wonderful session of frame drumming on some of my Shamanic drums accompanied by Cloudsong Arts!
Thanks for all your help Woodland Elements ❤️
Zipping up the tent now to get some rest before tomorrow 😁
