Move In Day!! This was a little harder than I thought it was gonna be…
Moved @woods_peterson to Texas A&M yesterday. It was another hot and humid day in College Station and an exciting day. Excited for Woods and the experience he will have over the next 4 years and he was pumped to get there. But man… yesterday was the day I learned just how fast time really flies. Our “staging” room was his old bedroom when he was a kid. When the last bag was moved out I went back in there and there was the bed I fell asleep with him when he was a little boy probably over 100 times. It HIT RIGHT THEN! And here I was about to jump in the truck with a strapping, good looking, young man, that I am so proud of and so honored to call my son, who will really only be back in my home to visit. Hopefully often…. But in reality it won’t be enough.
These last 19 years with him have gone too fast. Everyone has always said time flies with your kids, but you really don’t realize it until that ONE moment…
I am SOOO gonna miss you Woods Peterson… but I am also sooo EXCITED for where you are right now… Have a blast bud! Gig Em’… and see you soon!

Day 3 at Lajitas. With the Sunday pin placements the 4 of scrambled with the goal to break 65 which was harder than we thought and took us to the last hole to do after a tough front 9…. Oh and last pic is the score card that was SUPPOSED to go with Day 1. Great Trip…. Good times, good people, good food… all around two thumbs up. #woods #graduationtrip🎓

Providence Christian School reunion! Even though we moved away right after his second grade year, Woods has maintained a lot of great friendships with this crew! They are all grown up! So sweet to reconnect with his favorite teachers too. 💙

Regionals was great competition… but they showed up and competed. Loved watching everyone support one another! Excited to watch these 4 continue on in just a few weeks!!! ❤️🎾🦁
