Who knew gejang could get even better?! 🤭🦀 #ad Gejang (Korean marinated raw crab) is one of my husband‘s all-time favorite foods! I love it too, but honestly, getting all that delicious meat out of the shells is SO much work 😭 So when I discovered these shell-less gejang from @1962crab , I was SO excited!! 🤭 They’re made with premium blue crabs from Korea‘s Yeonpyeongdo Island, known for its high-quality crabs, and the meat is carefully picked by hand. No cracking shells, no picking out meat, just delicious crab ready to eat! I used both the soy-marinated and spicy-marinated versions to make these crispy little rice cups! 🍚🦀 Golden, crispy rice topped with avocado + quail egg yolk for the soy version, and perilla leaves + green chili for the spicy one. SO good!! 🤤 And the best part? You can get these Samdae Incheon Gejang shell-less crab products right here in the US through @wooltari_usa ! No need to wait for your next Korea trip 😂 Save this one to try, and check the link in my bio for the gejang! 🤍 #koreanfood #alpumge 🦀Crispy Korean Marinated Crab Rice Cups - Crispy Rice Cups 2½ cups cooked white rice 1 Tbsp sesame oil ½ tsp salt ½ Tbsp sesame seeds 1½ sheets gim (roasted seaweed), cut into 6 squares Cooking oil spray - Soy-Marinated Crab Cups Shell-less soy-marinated crab ¼ avocado, diced 3 quail egg yolks - Spicy-Marinated Crab Cups Shell-less spicy-marinated crab 4-5 perilla leaves, thinly sliced 1 green chili pepper, finely chopped Sesame seeds 1. Mix the cooked rice with sesame oil, salt, and sesame seeds 2. Place a square of gim into each muffin cup, then add a small ball of rice. Press down the center with the back of a tablespoon to form a little bowl 3. Spray lightly with oil and broil on LOW for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy. Check halfway through and watch closely to prevent burning, as ovens vary 4. Let cool slightly before adding the toppings 5. Soy-marinated crab cups: Add 3–4 avocado pieces, shell-less ganjang gejang, and one quail egg yolk to each cup 6. Spicy-marinated crab cups: Add perilla leaves, shell-less yangnyeom gejang, and a little chopped green chili 7. Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!

Taking my husband’s lunch a little too seriously today 😂🍱 #AD Decided to pack him a lunchbox with bibimbap, bulgogi, lots of colorful veggies, and of course a few little treats on the side 🤭 I used a mix of whatever veggies I had at home, along with some ready-to-eat Korean namul from @wooltari_usa , which made putting everything together so much easier! I also used their multigrain rice, Korean pantry staples, and a few nostalgic snacks to complete the lunchbox. For the bibimbap, I made a quick bulgogi, mixed up my favorite gochujang sauce, and added sautéed ginkgo nuts along with all the veggies. And yes, I even made little egg flowers because why not make his lunch a little prettier? 😂🌼 And because a Korean lunchbox needs more than just the main dish, I packed some kimchi, yakgwa, sweet rice cakes, and mandarin apple juice for him to enjoy throughout the day. I love how @wooltari_usa carries so many different Korean brands, from traditional ingredients to ready-to-eat banchan and snacks. It makes putting together a Korean meal like this so convenient, especially when you’re craving a little taste of home 🤍 🍱Bulgogi bibimbap lunchbox - Bulgogi • 6 oz thinly sliced beef • 2 Tbsp soy sauce • ¾ Tbsp honey • ½ Tbsp sesame oil • ½ Tbsp oyster sauce • 1 Tbsp mirin • ½ Tbsp minced garlic • ½ tsp black pepper Mix everything together and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Cook in a hot pan until browned and cooked through. - Gochujang Sauce • 2½ Tbsp gochujang • 1 Tbsp soy sauce • 1½ Tbsp honey • ½ Tbsp minced garlic • 1 Tbsp sesame oil • Sesame seeds Mix everything together until combined. - For the Bibimbap • Multigrain rice • Braised dried radish greens • Seasoned chwinamul (Korean wild greens) • Sautéed carrots + zucchini • Bean sprout + spinach namul • Sautéed ginkgo nuts • Bulgogi • Gochujang sauce • Egg flowers, for garnish Add warm multigrain rice to your lunchbox and arrange the veggies, namul, ginkgo nuts, bulgogi + egg flowers on top. Pack the gochujang sauce separately.

The easiest high-protein Korean comfort food for your weekend lunch! #AD If you’re craving a rich and nourishing meal, Kongguksu (콩국수, Korean soybean noodles) is a traditional Korean comfort food that’s usually made by soaking, boiling, and blending soybeans from scratch. But today, I made a quick shortcut version using tofu, soy milk, and a scoop of peanut butter for extra nuttiness. It’s a pure clean protein in a bowl! For the soy milk, I used Bobsnu Yakkong Soy Milk, which is made from 100% Korean black soybeans with zero added sugar or artificial additives for that pure, authentic flavor! You can find Bobsnu Yakkong Soy Milk and so many other premium Korean products such as banchans, traditional snacks and many pantry items at @wooltari_usa 🧡 and they deliever across US including Hawaii and Alaska 🫡🫡🫡 Get $15 off your Wooltari USA order with code my code, MOMLIFE15! Easy Kongguksu recipe: Broth Ingredients 2 cups water 1.5 packs Yakkong Soy Milk (any type of milk works, 1 1/3cup) 1/2 block tofu 1 tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp sesame seeds 2 tsp salt (Blend everything together until smooth!) [Noodles & Toppings] Noodles of your choice (acorn noodles, somyeon, buckwheat noodles, or thin pasta like capellini) Garnish: Sliced tomatoes and cucumbers * you can adjust broth to your taste, by adding salt, or some people like to add sugar. my daughter likes her broth watery, so she adds more water or ice cubes 😋 Enjoy! 💛💛💛
