HOOPS x The College of Wooster Women’s Basketball! 💛 HOOPS had the opportunity to lead a leadership session with The College of Wooster Women’s Basketball team!

Throughout the session, we focused on Pat Summitt’s Definite Dozen, what it means to be a great teammate, accountability, grit, leadership, and the importance of building a positive team culture.

Leadership goes beyond the basketball court. It’s about how you show up for your teammates, the standards you hold yourself to, and the impact you make on those around you. Thank you to The College of Wooster Women’s Basketball for welcoming HOOPS and investing in leadership development! Go Fighting Scots!!

Very happy to announce that Walsh WBB HC Johnny Montello will be leading a group of D1/D3 Women from Ohio to Portugal in May 2027! I have always wanted to have a group representing my home state and now we do! The seniors from the North Coast Conference, Ohio Athletic, and various D1 Ohio Universities are all eligible to join the team!

#throwbackthursday 😎🏀🔥

From founding member to college athlete, Reyna Balderas has been putting in work at HoopTech since day 1! The numbers reflect that - 80,696 shots at 63.67%! One of the top-performing female athletes in our gym, now graduated from North Ridgeville and now a part of The College of Wooster Women’s Basketball program.

Shooter. Difference Maker. Leader.

Proud is an understatement. We can’t wait to see what the future has in store for you! Go get em’, Reyna! 🤩

Thank you to all of the college coaches who came to a Crossroads Circuit event this Spring! We had over 50 college coaches from these 30 programs attend at least 1 of the 3 sessions.

Also - a huge thank you to Coach Besancon and the College of Wooster WBB program, Coach Muffley and the Allegheny College WBB program and Coach Huelsman and the Ohio Northern University WBB program for serving as great hosts for the 2026 Crossroads Circuit!
