Q3 reading wrap up is here, and I’d like to thank the books that kept me up past my bedtime, the characters I’m still thinking about, and my TBR for continuing to grow no matter how many books I read.

Q3 was FULL of amazing reads! 📚✨

From romance and sports romance to thrillers, women’s fiction, and even my first dip into horror, my reading was definitely all over the place this quarter—and I loved it. ❤️

Instead of choosing only my favorites, I’m celebrating EVERY book I read during Q3 because they all had a part in making July, August, and September one very bookish summer! ☀️➡️🍂

Some made me swoon. 💕

Meet my fur baby, Luna! She’s the snuggliest of my two doggies and is always down to read a book with me.

I also have another dog named Cooper but he prefers to snuggle on his own terms—usually when I’m trying to tie my shoes or do anything that’s not relaxing. 😂 Both of my doggies are rescues from our local shelter and are mixed breeds. ❤️

In a plot twist I never saw coming, my eldest son begged for a leopard gecko for over a year. Reptiles are not typically my thing (ie I used to run screaming away from snakes and basically anything with scales), but we finally caved and now also have one. I’m shocked to say she’s grown on me! Her name is Cosmo. She does bedtime stories with us every single night and if you had told me that one day I would be reading books in my bed with my children and a lizard I would have laughed in your face, but her presence makes my son want to read even more, so here we are. The things we do for our children, amirite?! 😂
