๐Ÿ˜ฌ Part 2 ... โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ € Understand that if you are not able to perform ๐Ÿ˜“ at your best you are doing a disservice to not only yourself but those around you. When I donโ€™t feel my best I donโ€™t perform my best and when I donโ€™t perform my best I produce low quality results ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿผ This is a very similar situation to those who WANT to get fit but donโ€™t want to put in the effort. If you donโ€™t put in the effort you will always be mediocre. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ € Iโ€™m not saying itโ€™s easy, Iโ€™m not saying itโ€™s for everyone, but I do believe most people WANT to feel good about their looks ๐Ÿฅฐ most people WANT to be happier, fit into a smaller size, feel more radiant, smile more, do things with more ease, have more flexibility, eat better, go to the gym more... the list goes on ๐Ÿคฏ โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ € Thing is thereโ€™s a secret ๐Ÿคซthat not many people tell you and our school society fails to teach it so Iโ€™m going to tell you straight up, just because you WANT something doesnโ€™t mean youโ€™ll get it ( this is a great one my mom said to me MANY times growing up ) You have to MAKE something happen and that can only be done with your own thoughts, words and actions ๐Ÿ˜ฎ โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ € So ditch the excuses and take action of your life. What is it that you WANT!? ๐Ÿคฉ Now how are you going to get there? ๐Ÿค” โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€“ #power #happy #happiness #quotes #quotestoliveby #quotesdaily #quotesaboutlife #fit #fitness #healthy #health #lifestyle #conquer #goals #goalsetting #selfcare #takeaction #action #success #keytosuccess #personaltrainer #coach #onlinecoach #knowledge #spiritual #awakening #mypath #journey

One day a school teacher ๐Ÿค“ .... โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ € โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€”โ€“ Wrote on the board the following ๐Ÿ“ โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ € 9x1 = 7 9x2 = 18 9x3 = 27 9x4 = 36 9x5 = 45 9x6 = 54 9x7 = 63 9x8 = 72 9x9 = 81 9x10 = 90 โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ € When she was done she looked at the students and they were whispering and giggling at her because of the first equation that was wrong. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ € She said โ€œ I wrote that one first because I wanted to teach you guys something important. This is a lesson on how the world ๐ŸŒŽ out there will truly treat you. You can see I got all 9 other ones right BUT none of you congratulated me for getting those right, instead you all laughed and criticized me about the one I got wrong. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ € So hereโ€™s the lesson, the world will never appreciate all the good you do a million times but it will always fall on that one thing that went wrong. โ€œ โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ € So always do things for your own happiness, keep your head up and surround yourself with the people who bring you up and not down! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿฅฐ The world will always have an opinion and something to judge but doing what makes you happy gives them nothing but the best to judge about! โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ € Who likes this lesson?
