Spotlight: Future Foundations 💫

Last year we launched an incubator scheme to support the next generation of music promoters.

Starting at We Out Here Festival 2024, our 15 promoters took part in a developmental programme made up of workshops, guidance from mentors, and training opportunities.

Though at the foundation of our scene, grassroots promoters are often expected to take personal and financial risks to platform future talent pipelines, many of which end up on festival stages such as ours. Facing greater economic risks, it’s all the harder for new, diverse talent to break through.

Meet the amazing 15 promoters on the programme, give them a follow and support them on their journeys 🪩

It’s been a joy to welcome you all to the family and we can’t wait to see what’s next!

Supported by @aceagrams 💛
