UPPER BODY 2

Another solid session in the books. Here’s a look at how my second upper body session of the week is currently structured. 👀

Session breakdown:

1. Cable Crucifix Raise — 3 x 11-15
2. Chest Supported Uni Lateral Low Row — 2 × 8-12
3. Incline Chest Press Machine — 2 × 8-12
4. Neutral Grip Lat Pull Down — 3 x 11-15
5. Uni Lateral DB Bicep Curl — 2 x 12-20
6. Dips — 2 x AMRAP
7. Hammer Strength ISO Lateral Bicep Curl — 2 x 11-15
8. Cross Body Tricep Extensions — 2 x 8-12

This session places greater emphasis on bringing up my arms and back, which remain priority areas for improvement.
Training volume and exercise selection reflect this.

Progress doesn’t come from simply turning up and going through the motions. It comes from consistently challenging yourself, addressing your weaknesses and having a clear direction behind what you’re doing.

“What you’re capable of becoming demands more than what you’re comfortable being”.

The same principle applies to how you approach your training.

Is your training actually structured around you?

Your goals, experience, strengths and weaknesses should all influence how your training is programmed. Without that individualisation, you could be leaving progress on the table.

Stop guessing. Start training with purpose and find out what you’re truly capable of.

Strategy. Structure. Precision. ⚪️🟢🔴

After YEARS! of dedication. Doing the same thing. Day in, Day out. Overcoming obstacles, suffering defeats. I think it’s safe to say i have become something more than I ever thought was possible.

That skinny kid who got bullied. He’s still in there. Oh, and that fat bricklayer with a chronic back pain, Drinking problem and awful habits. He’s also in there.

I have been at both ends. And both of them wanted more from life. And the answer was there all along. I just had to muster the courage to reach out and take it!

But know this… this is just the beginning.. because the man I have become today. Is still chasing the man he could be tomorrow.

Always striving to be better.

What feels cringe to you might be the inspiration someone else needs. 🥹🩷

Post the videos, celebrate your progress and never be afraid to show up for yourself.

You never know who you’re inspiring along the way. 🫶🏼✨

From AVERAGE to PRO…

Tick off the damn basics

Training.
Train with intent and systemically to your goals.

Nutrition.
Fuelling yourself for your training and recovery, as well as eating the right balance of foods in order to achieve that look.

Recovery.
If you recover like shit, you’re going to perform like shit.
Sleep, stretch, mobilise, and outsource physio/massage therapy when necessary.

If you want to look like you actually train, DM me BUILD or hit the link in my bio for your free consult. 🤘🏽
