A significant memory has just surfaced. It's been a year since our dinner meeting where we discussed the next phase for A Lil This A Lil That, deciding it was time to bring our food truck vision to life.

Following that meeting, we signed the contract for our trailer's construction.

We're constantly amazed by the Lord's goodness, faithfulness, and precise timing. As we approach our one-year truck anniversary in May, we want to say THANK YOU for the support over the past seven months and look forward to GROWING and serving you. #smallbusinessownerlife #businessowner #sisters #family #thankfulgratefulblessed

Our Mom is formally known as the “Oxtails Lady”.

And this wasn’t even the finished product. She took these out for a minute just to show us but she put them bad boys back in the oven and made her gravy! They were Devine!

Fun fact, we utilize over 25 lbs of rice daily and nearly 100 lbs of oxtails every weekend.

We’re open six days a week and ready to serve you. If you haven’t visited us yet, you’re missing out.

Oxtails available Fri, Sat, Sun only!

📍2325 Atascocita Road, Humble, TX 77396

Order call-ins are welcome.

We are truly grateful to everyone who came out to support our grand opening—it was an incredible day, and your presence made it even more special. Sharing a preview of our menu with you all and receiving such thoughtful feedback meant the world to us.

For those who know us, you know this has been a dream we’ve carried for quite some time. Seeing it finally come to life has been both humbling and exhilarating. We couldn’t have done it without the support of our amazing parents—thank you for teaching us the value of hard work, perseverance, and faith. And to our families, thank you for standing by us through every late night, every doubt, and every step forward. Your patience, love, and unwavering support have been our foundation.

If you weren’t able to attend, know that your kind words, prayers, or any gesture of support still mean so much to us—we welcome it all with open hearts.

Be sure to follow us for updates, specials, and everything we have in store. This is just the beginning, and we’re so excited to share this journey with you.

With love and deep appreciation,
Joycelyn, Charisma, and Rita

Today I went to the Grand Opening celebration for @alilthis_alilthat food truck by the talented Hunter sisters! I’ve known them since my middle school bestie Joycelyn @old_soul83 rescued me from the hands of a bully in 6th grade 😂😂. This food truck has been a dream of theirs for quite some time and it is amazing to see their dreams become reality! Everything was delicious!!! But that is no surprise! If you’re in the Humble area or anywhere, check them out. I promise you will love it. BTW, they also cater! As someone who has attended Hunter family functions over the last 30 (😳) years, I can tell you everything they cook is amazing! So proud of you all!
