🧪🔬 RUNWAY 🧬⚡
The mad scientist is the eccentric genius in the laboratory, constantly experimenting, creating, and pushing the limits of what’s possible. We want you to take the classic laboratory fantasy and turn it into your own runway moment. ✨🚶‍♀️

Bring it in your interpretation of a MAD SCIENTIST — lab coat, goggles, and gloves. 🥼🥽🧤

🧬⚡ PERFORMANCE 🧟‍♂️🔬

You are the experiment. The mad scientist has been working tirelessly to create something extraordinary, but the experiment has gone terribly wrong. The mutation has taken over, the creation has come to life, and now the specimen has escaped the laboratory. 🧟‍♀️👹🏃‍♂️

Bring it in your interpretation of a MUTATION. 🧬 Think Attack on Titan, cyborg, creature, mutant hybrid, morph, zombie, vine, or any other transformation that shows us the experiment has evolved into something unexpected. ⚡🤖👽🧟‍♂️🌿

👽🚀 BEST DRESSED 🤖✨

The mad scientist has gone beyond the laboratory and created something from the future. We want to see their most advanced and extraordinary specimen brought to life. Think science fiction, futuristic fashion, artificial intelligence, extraterrestrial, cybernetic, genetically engineered, or otherworldly. 👽⚡🛸

So when it’s all said and done… who really runs the yard?

September 24th. 7–10 PM. Zanfino Plaza.

Pull up. Pick a side. Let the yard decide. ⚡️
Tag who y’all wanna see run the yard in the comments 🏆⬇️

WPDT 🧡🖤

Where do I even start? The William Paterson Dance Team has played such a huge role in my college experience. From honestly being the main reason I chose this school to becoming so much more than I ever imagined, this team has truly become my second home. I’ve made countless memories, built lifelong friendships, & found another family through dance. Becoming Vice President & Captain was such a blessing within itself. Leading this team over the past few years has helped me grow as both a person & a dancer in ways I never expected.

To every member I’ve had the privilege of dancing alongside, thank you. You all are so much more than teammates, you’re family. Thank you for every practice, every game day, every laugh, & every memory I’ll forever carry on. To my coaches @eezyxavier_ @amberpinero thank you for always believing in us & giving your all. Your guidance, support, & dedication have meant more to me than words can express.

WPDT will always have my love & support. I’ll definitely be back in the bleachers cheering you all on during season lol! I can’t wait to see everything this team continues to accomplish. Much love always @wpdanceteam 🧡

Signing off,
WPDT Vice President/Captain, Dija 🧡

History made! 💃🔥 🐻

The William Paterson Dance Team (@wpdanceteam) competed in their first-ever college regional dance competition at Wayne Valley High School, taking the stage at Dance Team Union’s 10th Anniversary event. Going head-to-head with college teams from across the region, WPDT brought the energy, and came home with 3rd place in College Hip Hop. 🏆

Congratulations Pioneers! 👏🧡
